“Price was good . But unfortunately it wouldn't let purchase insurance online , no matter how many times i tried . I eventually gave up and had to contact them directly. The insurance person was very good and couldn't understand why but in the end we got it sorted. It has happened once before. I think if they get this glitch sorted it will be a great company to deal with . Everything these days is done online and usually takes just a few minutes, if you have to spend along time trying and eventually have to give up and call it wastes your time and mine . For this reason i can only give a neutral feedback”

“Ive used it before and was very good this time it couldnt find the bike i needed to insure even though it sold in its millions ,the honda c70 1973 shame it didnt as i would gladly of insured it”

“your service was ok but you need to clearly define which of your brokers cannot be contacted by either phone or email. will not use again . would rather spend a few pounds more and know who i am dealing with.”

“Price was good and competitive, but mix up with new online quote renewal and old policy automatic renewal followed by repeated requests for proof of no claims and threat of refusal was very annoying and took many calls to sort out”

“As soon as I had filled in the form and clicked submit my phone rang. I hadn't even had a chance to look at the quotes. The guy on the phone was pleasant and after taking more details told me he would try and source a better quote and get back to me. I didn't hear anything after that.”
