“Price was good and competitive, but mix up with new online quote renewal and old policy automatic renewal followed by repeated requests for proof of no claims and threat of refusal was very annoying and took many calls to sort out”

“As soon as I had filled in the form and clicked submit my phone rang. I hadn't even had a chance to look at the quotes. The guy on the phone was pleasant and after taking more details told me he would try and source a better quote and get back to me. I didn't hear anything after that.”

“Thought good deal then get calls to say incomplete so get code to check license, phone and they say everything is ok,2 weeks later you are asking for documents and license again, think the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.”

“My problem is that the price quoted on the initial search was very reasonable but when I got to the actual site it had gone up by around £50, I did not have time to shop around so I accepted.”

“was not happy with the quotes so i tried myself and hey guess what i found one at bennets which i might add was not quoted on your list it was 20 pound cheaper than your smallest quote so if i was you look again and see whats out there”
