“It was a easy website site to use which i was happy about but their quote was beaten by mce who i ended up taking insurance out with saving a couple of hundred pound”

“Although site gives you many options to choose from when personalizing your quote and sets nice benchmark to which company can offer good prices. It is still much better option to actually call insurance company and ask for little details that are not visible on comparison website. For me that little thing was road/driveway/garage thing. I have a locked compound and many insurers do not qualify it as any of above, if i went with eg. driveway my policy would be invalid (bike gets stolen - i get nothing). For many people this site will be very helpful and i will definitely come back to have a look in few months.”

“The initial quote was considerably less than the actual cost as the company did not take my previous two years no claims into consideration as the vehicle I was riding was a Trike. This was not taken into account when I got the original quotes.”

“The process was easy and good on-line, but afterwards I started receiving calls (lots of calls) from insurance companies and letters from them after I had already chosen and paid my premium with my chosen insurer. It was quite stressful after a while as I had to explain to 4 different people from the same company multiple times that I was not interested that I had already got what I wanted. Honestly even though the process was easy the aftermath would stop me from using a comparison site again and just spend the time going through each individual site from now on.”

“Price was ok and lad who dealt with my quote couldnt have been nicer but-..i was at no time informed that phone call would be so expensive. I recieved my phone bill and was shocked to see it cost me £9+ for 21 minutes!.,hence my 3-star rating”

“Mostly good, competitive prices but the form doesn't ask if you own the vehicle which I only found out when my dads bike was impounded by the police and caused a nightmare and impound fees trying to get it back.”

“Not bad cover, I would have considered insuring my big bike with you.. The monthly payments were near enough the same, but the deposit was far to much and im a little bit skint so had to go with the cheapest bidder who gave me cover for everything.”

“Had one insurer come back with a very competitive quote on the search results. But, once you follow the link to the site you are again asked to enter all the information originally entered on the bike insurer forms. Once all the info is entered on their site, the quote increased dramatically, so a bit misleading from the search results.”

“Cost increased by over £100 from my first quote as I delayed just over a month before purchasing. Sent required copy licence & CBT via "my account", was notified received then 4 days later was emailed to say not received and then phoned to give details. Other than that I would probably recommend on price alone basis.”
