“Had a shocking experience”

“Should DEFINITELY make clearer that a lot of the "options" put forward are not insurers, they're brokers. So I'm using a third party (The Bike Insurer), to put me through to a third party (BikeSure), and I can't even speak to my own insurer (Ahead) about my policy. Thanks.”

“Did a quote online, got a good price but website crashed as I paid. Asked a family member to do it for me only for them to be told that the quote reference number is invalid. I called again and read the reference number directly from the page to be told I was wrong, the number doesn't exist. Shame, was a good quote. Waste of half hour answering questions online. I won't be dealing with this shower again. It won't let me upload the screenshot of the reference either. Shambles.”

“So I found this company vie top cash back, motorbike insurance found me a quote from Carole Nash. With the promise of £22 pounds cash bash. So I accepted the quote. A good deal I thought. Since then motorbike insurance have declined the £22 cash back. Obviously won’t be using them again.”

“Not impressed. I dont want to be pestered and nagged with phone calls and emails. Your representative also informed me there were better deals not available through the web site so whats the point of the web site?”

“They showed me the absolute worst price of all insurers asking me close to £2,000 a year for a £4,000 motorcycle. These people are a complete joke and I will never contact them again? They should be bankrupt soon with such a pricing policy”
