“Shambolic a bought a hob which once was installed turned out faulty, this was exchanged only to have to same problem, now waiting for the 3rd one! Ive had to wait weeks for the offer of delivery of a new hob and so far paid out call out fees to disconnect 2 hobs and re-connect 2 hobs. I am £160 out of pocket, 5 months without a working job, several hours of work to accept delivery and company still refuse to reimburse costs for products sent which were clearly not fit for purpose. We are now at a cross roads because I refuse to pay out any disconnection or installation costs. The company accept no accountability for their sub standard products. Do not use this company be warned by my experience please!”
