“Our freezer wasn’t working properly, we popped over to the Appliance Depot as its only 30 mins away to see if we could pick one up. They were so helpful and brought the one we were interested in over from the warehouse for us to see. They also squeezed it onto the next day delivery, the driver called before hand and as we were out left it in a safe place, exceptional service and we’re very happy with the freezer.”

“Good price for slighty bumped new fridge freezer. Friendly and helpful delivery driver. I would have liked to talk to someone in the warehouse, just to ease my mind about bumps on exterior. This was not possible, but as it was the bumps and scratches were exactly as shown on website, and the interior was immaculate . I will use this site again!”

“Every part of my purchase from ordering to delivery was excellent. The sales person I dealt with was completely in tune with me and very kind. We had our appliance delivered today and the driver was both accommodating and helpful. We cannot find fault with the service and kindness THANK YOU”

“The Neff extractor fan was supplied in good condition at an excellent price. Delivery was arranged over the phone and was delivered on time. The product was installed and works perfectly. I would definitely use again as the price and quality were excellent.”

Also, I must also say how pleased I have been with both your email updates and the gentleman who delivered my appliance this morning. If only all companies were as good as you two! “I was very sceptical about using this company after reading the reviews. But the product I received at very discounted rate just for damaged packaging was excellent. Product was in perfect condition and has been operating as it should. Product purchased was a Neff N50 double oven”
