“Went above and beyond to meet my needs, the order arrived as agreed , I was able to install it immediately and it is working brilliantly, this was graded due to box damage nothing at all wrong with the appliance will definitely use again in the future when requiring replacement goods overall very satisfied customer.”

“We bought a Smeg American Fridge Freezer. Very happy with the price and service. The delivery driver Muck could not have been more helpful and helped manoeuvre this very large and heavy appliance into our kitchen. Well done Mick you are a credit to your company.”

“First class service from Anna and Appliance Direct. Having being confronted with a couple of problems over the order of a microwave they dealt with them in a prompt and satisfactory manner. Prices and delivery both excellent. Thoroughly recommend this company.”

“I just wanted to say how helpful your delivery man Mickey was. He arrived on time was very courteous and, more importantly was very helpful. I live in a first floor apartment within a listed building without a lift and although he didn’t have to, he helped lift it up the stairs and into the apartment. Thank you all and, Mickey you are a star.”

“Very impressed with The Appliance Depot. Replaced failed Bosch hot drawer at an attractive price with new one with box damage only. Excellent communications on what to expect - very clear on single delivery driver limitations / requirements - and superb notifications that brought estimated delivery time to one hour. Delivery was early morning, exactly at time estimated the day before and driver was friendly and very helpful. Opened box and checked for damage while driver still at house - exactly as described. New drawer is great and so overall delighted.”

“I was impressed with the level of service I received from different staff. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong type of product. But they were very helpful and returns were not a problem, even though it was delayed due to the incompetence of the courier. My refund was processed straight away. I had to pay a £50 restocking fee, but I new that before I returned it. Excellent communication, which really helps when things don't go as planned.”

“HAPPY Customer ⭐️ I cannot praise this company enough for the professional and efficient service 🌟  I recently ordered 2 products to be delivered to Kent…. the speedy and personal response I received was amazing!!!! Within an hour of my online order I received a phone call to confirm my order and delivery details and it arrived within days. I have always hated big corporate companies and I’m so glad I found Yorkshire Appliances online ….
