I was impressed with the level of service I received from different staff. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong type of product. But they were very helpful and returns were not a problem, even though it was delayed due to the incompetence of the courier. My refund was processed straight away. I had to pay a £50 restocking fee, but I new that before I returned it. Excellent communication, which really helps when things don't go as planned.
