“The delievery driver Ben he was a very kind and helpful he helped me deliver my fridge into my home he was a pleasant man to talk to and I felt very happy with the way I got my deliveries and a respectful man”

“We’ve now used this company 6 times in the last 8 years and our kitchen is now full of appliances from the appliance depot, each time we’ve bought from them they have gone above and beyond to help us, every-time we’ve called they have been extremely professional and sorted out any issues pretty quickly… over the years we’ve now saved hundreds if not thousands and have high end products that have lasted past their warranty. Many thanks Tony & Marie”

“I haven't yet received my item so I guess things could still go wrong but so far so impressive. Almost immediately after placing my order online I was contacted by Irena to arrange my delivery. When I had to change the address for delivery this was dealt with efficiently. Irena was friendly and helpful. The item itself was a great price compared to other sites so assuming it fits the description and turns up when they've said it will, then I'll have no complaints and will definitely recommend.”

“This is by far the best service I have ever received. Almost as soon as I ordered our fridge freezer, I received a call to arrange delivery, and from then on I was informed , courteously every step of the way.... I really appreciated their calls, where appropriate, rather than relying on my picking up a random email or text. Thank you. I will certainly use this company again.”

“Just purchased a Bosch Integrated Microwave. Excellent price and service saved over £70, product delivered as described, absolutely perfect, box had been previously opened. Registered my product with Bosch for full warranty without any problem. Delivery driver was very friendly and called me 30 minutes prior to arrival. Will be my first place to look for future appliance purchases.”

“I was struggling to understand which kitchen mixer tap to order and the guys ay Appliance depot were brilliant from start to finish. Not only was the tap the cheapest I could find online, the patience from the team in answering my questions and my indecisiveness was really appreciated. tap came faster than expected too. “Very good service from start to finish. A special shout out to the staff who were very helpful when I visited the warehouse on Saturday 3rd August which prompted me to return and place an order. Delivery driver Ben went above and beyond.”
