“This was the first time I had purchased anything from The Appliance Depot. And wasn’t sure what to expect from a smaller independent company. I can say I was very much pleasantly surprised by the service I received from start to finish, great customer service kept me updated with delivery date and when my oven was delivered, the driver was super helpful and friendly. Couldn’t recommend enough.”

“Exceptional customer care. I highly recommend Appliance Depot without any reservations. I received exceptional customer care from Anna and the rest of the team. When they couldn't locate the item that I purchased, Anna gave me a fantastic replacement as a goodwill gesture from them. “ordered fridge - fridge turned up, no issues or problems - they kept me informed of delivery info etc and all went smoothly. Fridge works well as expected - hardly a mark on it, in fact the blemishes they highlighted on-line were very difficult to spot. Would use again no problem.”

“Easy to search the appliances. Helpful staff on phoning. The delivery was quick and I was phoned and given an hours notice as advised. The appliances appear high quality and with minimal damage. Although the cooker was said to be lightly used it appears to be brand new with only minor cosmetic scratches. It will be a while until I can see if the cooker and hood work as our kitchen is being built. When I say below that the item was damaged, I only mean the damage that was expected on the cooker. The hood was undamaged.”

“Very positive experience. Photos of product and product information on website extremely helpful and allowed me to select the product according to our needs. Great price, friendly and on-time delivery service. I purchased a Samsung American Style Freezer. Don't get next day delivery, or removal of old goods, but that's reflected in the savings. I'm very happy with the product, delivery and customer services received. Driver was friendly and helpful - first class.”

“Very easy for us to speak to you on the phone and order / pay for the fridge freezer . The FF was delivered by palletways , kidds Transport LTD, Lancaster, this was a very efficient service, very happy with them also. If everything in life was so easy! So pleased the the Bosch F. “The item was of excellent condition and was delivered at the time given. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were also able to assist me with an engineer to install my appliance which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend the appliance depot to anyone looking for home appliances. SF”

“The graded cooker we bought had more damage than described. John and the team were great, arranging for the collection of the appliance and delivery of the replacement quickly and courteously. The delivery driver was lovely and extremely helpful in getting the huge items in and out of the house easily. An all-round excellent service!”
