“Full marks to The Appliance Depot. The gas cooker I bought was cheaper than anywhere else, arrived smack on time and was in perfect condition. Special mention must go to Jess, whose customer service skills are 2nd to none.”

“Jess on the sales team and her colleague are absolutely brilliant. They informed of exactly what to expect so I never even worried about looking at the images online. I trusted the team and what I received fitted their description completely. I had a phone call on Saturday giving me an ETA for the delivery. This was to be between 0600-0630. The driver arrived at 0610 so he was spot on with the timing. I live in Essex so it was quite a journey to estimate his time of arrival. The driver was courteous and very helpful taking the appliance to exactly where I wanted it. The machine was exactly as described. Well done to all the team and this is also taking into consideration that the team lost one day owing to Her Majesty’s funeral. Kind Regards”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Ordered a Smeg dishwasher and the marks mentioned were so feint I can barely notice them. Affordable price, clean appliance, well packaged for safe transport and it arrived on time on the day they advised it would. I would definitely recommend this shop.”
