“Purchased a slightly graded Smeg dishwasher that arrived in perfect condition and much better than described and is living up to its superb name. Customer service in terms of dishwasher cleanliness on arrival, communication, delivery and after sales were all superb. Would definitely purchase from this company again and would definitely recommend.”

“I received my Hotpoint cooker and it is great! Wonderful service, may be a little slower delivery time but worth the wait. The delivery driver was absolutely brilliant. He was so polite and helpful with such a pleasant attitude.”

“Very helpful and informed staff explained what a "graded" product was very clearly and simply. Item (Siemens/Bosch cooker hood extractor) was brand new, just not in it's original packaging but was well protected with a study heavy duty cardboard box all relevant documents and dividers to keep it secure in transit. Item arrive in excellent condition and ready to fit and worked fine first time. Very good discount on the new price and very good communications with staff (did what they said they were going to do). The item arrive by courier on time. A very good company to deal with and I will certainly use them again if I can.”

“Whilst looking on line for a replacement microwave I came across The Appliance Depot,they had just what I wanted for a much cheaper price.Not being sure if the details where correct I phoned and spoke to Jess who was very helpful and did the transaction over the phone.Two days later the microwave was in my kitchen.Great product great price great service,would recommend thankyou.”

“Excellent service. From Anna who was extremely helpful in providing information, extra photos and even in changing from my original choice of Bosch fridge freezer from grade B to a grade A which became available after the initial purchase. I would highly recommend The appliance Depot. In future if I ever need a new appliance my first port of call will be The Appliance Depot. Thank you.”
