“Waste of time trying to get a few pounds cheaper. I received the dishwasher as if someone had thrown it off the lorry. After sending photos immediately after delivery, the refund was refused until the damaged goods were taken back to the warehouse (I had to wait about a week for the return), which delayed the purchase of a new dishwasher this time new from the store.”

“Anna the lady who took my order was more than just a help from order to delivery on the day with time etc . Then the delivery man was so much help and polite . Can i say a big thank you to the team there , your now on my go to buy all my appliance from place , no mess no fuss . Thanks again karen”

“Great value for money. Product we ordered was just a damaged box. Everything seems in great condition when we checked on delivery (hasn't been installed yet). Delivery was great - phoned when nearly here and helped get it in the house. Would 100% use again if they had the products in that we needed.”

“Incredible deal. Bought a showroom / lightly used Smeg range cooker. Whilst the advert recommended professional cleaning, it only really needed a wipe over and it was like brand new with £1,600 off! Incredible. The delivery guy was really good - wouldn't have got in the house if I weren't here to help as it was so big we ended up brining it through french doors, 3 rooms and down a few steps - he definitely wasn't going to be beaten! The Appliance Depot is definitely my go-to appliance provider from now on.”

“I bought a washing machine and was told it was discounted due to it having a dent on the side. When the machine arrived it was in quite a state. I phoned them and they said I could have an additional £30. discount which did not reflect the condition of the machine. Because I had to make a decision while the driver was still at my house I stupidly agreed. When I tested the machine after the driver left, the machine didnt work correctly. I phone immediately to report the problem and the lady was SO rude. Basically said it was my problem and not theirs. Asked twice to speak to manager and they refused to return my calls. I would stay clear of these people as they are not selling what they advertise and when something goes wrong they don.t want to know.”

“Oven was damaged. When I called to speak to someone, I was spoken to rudely. Also, my kitchen fitter said he believed the oven was reconditioned so that's unacceptable as I bought it as brand new. Quick refund received though thank you.”

“Excellent service from order to delivery into our kitchen and unpacking. Ex display Siemens dishwasher to replace our previous 17 yr old Siemens. New machine beautifully quiet, excellent cleaning results and time to finish readily available with the app and the gentle blue light (left hand side) tells you it is in action (as it is so quiet!)”
