“I received my documents back yesterday after a total of 6 weeks. This was far longer than I had anticipated especially as I was told it would take 7-10 days. Nevertheless they have returned and I can now send them onto the school in UAE. Communication was good when I emailed to ask where the documents were and they explained the reasons for the delays (not apostille.org fault). Maybe it would be good to have a more realistic time frame shown as I wouldn't mind waiting if the 6 weeks if told this. Also just a suggestion to maybe email the tracking number for the return of the document. Overall though I am happy with the service and thank you for all the help.”

Dear Amy, I am sorry to hear the order is taking a little longer than expected to be delivered to you. I have reviewed the order details and I can see that there has been some miscommunication which I do apologise for. Whilst we did complete the apostille process within the expected processing times the Spanish Sworn Translation was not yet ready when you spoke to my colleague previously. The order was dispatched 2 working days ago on 20/05/2022 via first class post as requested. First class post can take approximately 2-3 working days on average. We anticipate this being delivered shortly. I understand you have also discussed this on the phone with our team earlier this morning. Thank you for your understanding.

“I cannot praise The Apostille Service enough for customer service, document legalisation and delivery. Using them for my degree, TESOL, DBS and deed poll certification with Chinese embassy legalisation of my UK documents, I found them to be top-notch for communication and updates. Initially dealing with Rebecca T and later Frankie J, there's a clear consistency and continuation of email threads so you're always aware of previous messages. The Apostille Service offers very competitive rates, especially for a combination of documents as has been my case for applying for a job in China. One of the most useful services they provide is the document scanning service after legalisation once your papers have been processed and before the documents are physically sent out to you. Priceless in my case as I was already in China just changing jobs and this meant that the authorities here have been able to process my job transfer with the scanned versions emailed by The Apostille Service well before the arrival of the physical ones, meaning that I didn't miss my application deadline waiting for the physical paperwork which, by the way, arrived in pristine condition. An excellent all-round experience from The Apostille Service that I will be shouting about from the top of the Himalayas if I ever get to go, otherwise I'll just shout about it at sea level. Thank you very much indeed. All the very best.”
