“Trustworthy provider, I received the document with apostille, within 2 days since they have received my parcel, to a European address. I will use them gain, very satisfied with their service.”

“The site states 1-2 days to proceed, however, it took slightly more. I paid extra for next day delivery but that doesn't include Saturdays, no info was on their site. I received the letter back on Tuesday as the driver failed to deliver it on Monday, I was at home the whole Monday! Apostille service was helpful and they refunded me for the next day delivery fee, lucky me I manage to catch the deadline for the reason I wanted the apostille.”

I have checked your order and we completed the legalisation in the fastest possible timeframe. Unfortunately, Saturday is not a working day which is why the courier firm did not deliver on this day. Please accept my apologies on behalf of the courier firm, couriers up and down the country are experiencing staff shortages. I have checked with my colleague and we have refunded the delivery paid.
