“Two documents and one company minutr of Meeting. 2 documents were Apostilled on time and delivered to the address in Turkey, but Minutes of Meeting with the company owner and director signatures on it was not apostilled. The Turkish bank strickly asking that Minutes of Meeting has to be apostilled. Please do your best for us. Best regards, İzzet Kalayci Director INNOVATIVE company Note:I sent Minutes of Meeting one more time 5 Minutes ago again.”

Thank you for your review. I have checked our records and during your initial enquiry we advised we are unable to solicitor certify documents if we cannot complete sufficient checks on the information contained in the document. As some of the information is not a matter of public record the solicitor is unable to verify the contents of the meeting minutes before certifying the document. Due to this we were unable to include the meeting minutes in the legalisation service requested. If you can arrange for the document to be witnessed by a UK solicitor this can be posted to our office for the apostille legalisation. My colleague has also contacted you by email to discuss the order and advise how we can assist with legalising the meeting minutes. Kind regards The Apostille Service.

“I found the Apostille Service very professional and helpful and happy to answer all my questions. “I can´t recommend The Apostille Service enough, from the first contact they were incredibly helpful and attentive. I used their services for 2 documents needed in Mexico as a matter of urgency (anyone who has had any dealings with Mexico will know how urgency is not exactly a skill set to their postal services!) On receipt of my documents, The Apostille Service had them notarised and returned to me within a week. The accompanying digital copies I received within 48 hours. I would definitely use The Apostille Service again. Thank you for your help and diligence.”

“Use this service over any other! Ordered apostille of birth certificate on Weds evening, posted out special delivery Thursday pm, received scanned document back on Monday evening and the document on Tuesday morning. Absolutely faultless service, keeping me informed all the way and doing in no time at all what, I suspect, the official HM Gov service would take forever to do. Pay the extra few quid and you will not be disappointed.”
