“Excellent service; when we got the wrong fabric delivered (not their fault) they immediately arranged a replacement by courier, who also picked up the wrong fabric for return. Very friendly and helpful on the phone generally. You don't get that at Amazon! Highly recommended.”

“I identified the fabric I wanted while in the shop, but they did not have quite enough left on the roll. I was able to order it online later and it came within two days. Picked it up from the shop as I was not sure when I would be at home for a delivery.”
