“Excellent service. My fabric arrived within a few days, beautiful quality velvet. I cannot fault Textile Express as a company. They made our sitting room curtains a couple of years ago and again excellent, courteous service. Their prices are sensible too. All in all, I am a very pleased customer.”

“Although the material came really quickly and pleased with the quality etc. it was short of the length that I ordered. I was still able to complete my project and so they offered a partial refund of £1.20 when I had spent nearly £50 on the material. Not 1p more in any sort of goodwill gesture!”

If there are any issues with an order we always work to have these resolved as quickly as possible. “Fabric received was actually completely different to the original swatch provided. The item had been out of stock so I ordered it when it came back in only to find the material was different and not of the same quality which was disappointing.”
