“I have been using Textile Express over the last 2 years and the customer service is outstanding, every phone call is answered by a friendly helpful member of staff. The staff go out of their way to select samples and give advice. I would not go anywhere else for my fabric .....thank you for the consistent excellent service.”

“AS always my order was processed swiftly and efficiently and I am very happy with what arrived. One possible improvement to the website would be to have an idea of scale for the pattern. I know you say what the repeat is, but I was surprised at the size of the zigzag needlepoint design, I thought it would be much smaller (I am making baby dungarees with it). So a simple 12" ruler on the photograph would avoid that problem (but perhaps hard to achieve with the scale of your operation). Roll on the store reopening, I am longing to browse again (even if I do have to wear gloves...)”

“Excellent fabric, at an amazing price. In my case, the heavy curtain fabric I bought was £8/m, when other online sellers were charging £35/m. Only gave 4 stars though as their website falls over, if you sign in. Works fine if you use the Guest option.”
