“Lovely fabrics delivered very promptly. The ability to order samples is great. You can buy your threads online and they will match to your fabric for you. Excellent service. Will definitely be using this company again.”

Hello Lois, Thank you for your order. I am sorry your delivery was delayed. I can see you placed your order on the Saturday over the Bank Holiday weekend and we dispatched your order on the following Tuesday. Unfortunately your parcel took a week to be delivered even though we sent it Royal Mail 48 hours. Royal Mail have been rather slow with deliveries at the moment. Particularly after the bank holiday as they are handling such large numbers of parcels in these difficult times. We have placed warnings about this on our website but can understand your frustrations as a customer. Kind Regards, Emily
