“Excellent customer service. I’ve been a customer pretty much since they started out. The shop is fantastic with a fabric range to suit all styles and budgets. This however was my first time placing an online order and it ticked all the boxes. Website easy to navigate fast response to emails and quick delivery.”

“Samples came very quickly as did the textiles that I ordered, there was a bit of an issue over postage but it was sorted out quite easily by ordering things into separate orders which worked out much cheaper than one big order – probably because I live in the north of Scotland”

“What fantastic service. The material I ordered was delivered within 2 days and the company were so helpful when I needed to order some extra. Two and a half metres of tapestry material was enough to upholster a window seat and make 4 hand sewn envelope cushions. We had a different tapestry material on the window seat from Textile Express, prior to this one, and even with our large dog jumping on it every day to look out of the window, it lasted well for over 5 years. Highly recommend.”
