The product was excellent once it arrived! I have no issues with Temptation as a seller, however I think your delivery company let you down, and it may put me off buying through you again. I have made a complaint to the delivery company (UK mail) but they have not responded or apologised and I think you need to know this. I had placed my order after 4pm on Monday 7th Dec and requested next day delivery. I understood that this meant it would arrive on Wednesday. This was ideal as the product as a gift that I needed by Thursday. I received a text on the Wednesday to say the product was being delivered that day. I was out but had attempted to contact the seller to leave parcel in a safe place. I got home that day and no parcel was to be seen! The next day I checked the online tracker which told me the parcel had infact been delivered and I had signed for it myself. I contacted UK Mail, they very promptly sent the delivery driver back to us and to explain what he had done with the parcel. He told us he had left it with our neighbour (a house on the same property as we live on a farm) who had signed for it and taken it inside. We asked if it was a man or woman who had taken it. He said 'It was a woman I think'. SO problem one; the tracking system claimed I had signed for it myself (my name). My neighbour would not have signed for it in my name so the record was false. Secondly our neighbour was not in that day. AS I had already text her to check, nor was her husband. So the driver had lied. Still no parcel to be seen. So I contacted UK Mail again who said they would contact the depot and look into it. That was on Thursday 10th Dec. To this day I have not heard from them. They have not attempted to contact me. My neighbours found the parcel had blown into their garden on Saturday 12th Dec and we managed to collect it from them on Sunday. Therefore it is evident the driver had simply left it on their property, not in safe place, in the middle of the storm winds. Then when he returned he lied to us about what he had actually done with the parcel. The item was a wedding gift and I was not able to take this to the event itself which was disappointing. I do not in any way blame Temptation for this. However I think you should know this is happening as it would make me reluctant to use the service again.

Dear Laura, We are very sorry that you have been disappointed in the time that it has taken for your order to arrive with you. We normally expect standard delivery to take up to 5 working days, but at Christmas-time it can sometimes take a little longer. From our records it looks as though we dispatched your order the day after you placed it, and so unfortunately it seems your parcel was held up in Royal Mail's system. Have never received my order Help!! Comly Watters. Saw that my address had United Kingdom instead of United States.

Interesting products. You can get elsewhere but nice and easy to have in one place. I bought wooden hearts with messages on and a wooden 'teacher plaque' which were lovely but way smaller than i expected. Some really lovely bits and pieces so i would use again. One thing tho - the packaging is a bit excessive. Those foam nugget things are a nuisance to clear up and get rid of.

Good service but there was a missing item. This was rectified. But due to the busy Christmas post it was sent the next day first class but took another 3 working days meaning I then didn't have the item for a birthday.

Not sure about my recent order I had intended it to be sent to my grand daughters in the UK. However when checking to see why they had received it I think it is being sent to my US address, If I ever receive it It will not get back to London in time for Christmas, As of now no one has received it!

OK AND WOULD USE AGAIN, JUST TWO LITTLE NIGGLES - I THOUGHT I WAS BUYING ON A BLACK FRIDAY DEAL BUT CHECKING THE ITEMS I PURCHASED SOME 10 DAYS LATER THE PRICES ARE STILL THE SAME SO THE BLACK FRIDAY SO CALLED DEAL DIDN'T SEEM A DEAL AT ALL, PLUS WHEN I WENT TO CHECK OUT THE FREE DELIVERY THEY ADVERTISED DIDN'T APPLY AT CHECKOUT ALTHOUGH I HAD SPENT THE RECOMMENDED AMOUNT - ON SENDING A EMAIL THEY SAID THAT BECAUSE OF THE ITEM I ORDERED CONTAINED ITEMS THAT COULDN'T BE SENT VIA ROYAL MAIL I TAKE IT THAT THIS MEANT THE PERFUME AS THE OTHER ITEMS WERE HAND SOAP, BODY LOTION AND LIP BALM, - THIS REALLY WASN'T MADE CLEAR WHEN ORDERING - THE ITEMS ARRIVED QUICKLY THOUGH AND WERE WELL PACKAGED - BUT I WILL BE A LOT MORE CAREFUL IN FUTURE WITH SO CALLED DEALS - FELT REALLY MIFFED AND HAD BY THAT ONE

We strive to offer the best prices we can all year-round, so although we had some of our best deals available during Black Friday weekend, not all our offers were limited to that weekend only.
