I ordered a white wine umbrella, all good except threading on velcro had come out. Not ideal looking slightly cheap. Had to keep it as it was for Mother's Day.

Hello Val, Thank you for your feedback. I can see that your order placed on Friday 10th was dispatched on Monday 13th , and arrived with you on 15th, 2 days later. As you chose our standard delivery, parcels are expected to arrive in 2-5 working days , we do offer a premium 1st class delivery and also a courier service too. Have tried twice to send an email to your email address,but failed both times.after washing both mugs found that the hooters mug had a scratch and a small piece of the transfer pattern missing. I know it was the last one you had but not happy.

customer service is good but whoever or whatever department is in charge of packing is just awful. there is always a cut or a slash or a hole in my boxes and the tape barely holds the boxes closed. needs more tape!!!

Made ordering very difficult when they requested proof of address for my credit card. Never heard of this and have ordered hundreds of times online

All our on-line card transactions are directed through Sagepay ,an industry-leading Payment Service Provider that follows strict data security guidelines . They initially process the payment and then as part of their online payment security measures they will notify us if they feel further information is required . These additional checks are to protect us, but equally importantly to protect our customers too from any potential unusual activity on the card or unauthorised transactions . We confirmed back to you yesterday (20th Jan) to advise we had resent via 1st Class post the correct McVities Digestive Biscuit Barrel and we advised that you could keep or donate the incorrect McVities Tall Biscuit Tin with our compliments. Delivery was prompt and the price was good, was a little disappointed the mug was slightly chipped however with it being Christmas, I kept it as it was a present for my other half.

Hello Fabio Thank you for your email and review; unfortunately we cannot provide individual tracking numbers for parcels sent with Royal Mail Airmail. If you would prefer tracking then please use the FedEx shipping option, this is a much faster delivery and is fully tracked. I am sorry that your order has not yet arrived. Your parcel was dispatched on 13th December 2016 with Royal Mail using our AIRMAIL Service, as selected on your order. Parcels are expected to arrive in 7 to 14 working days, however very occasionally parcels can be held up a little longer or can get held at Customs. Please can I ask you to wait a few more days , and if the parcel has not arrived by 2nd January 2017 please get in touch and we will of course look in to the matter further. I ordered the wine bottles that light up, delivery was great but the bottles were covered in the glue they use and left a mark when peeled off

Ordered a pink firefly jar for my sons girlfriends xmas gift. Although it said pink on the invoice, I was sent purple (the word purple was written clearly on the box!) Too late to exchange so I'm hoping she likes purple!!!
