Despite an extremely tedious payment confirmation process, the shipment was managed to respect the planned schedule and I am grateful for this. The goods were well protected and in good conditions.

Very poor packing. Cardboard boxes are much too thin for safe delivery. Two of four orders had a broken mug in the cardboard box.

Good service and fast shipping. Shipping was a little bit high considering that the shipping was more than the item i ordered.

I recently bought three of the large Dunoon mugs. Two arrived in perfect condition, the third was badly chipped & cracked and some of the writing in the interior of the mug had been smudged off. I took photographs of the damages and sent them plus an email to Temptation Gifts. I was expecting to be told to bin the mug but no, they required that the mug be returned to them. They allowed £3 towards postage - the postage cost me €8. I was disappointed that they do not replace the damaged item when proof of had been so clearly displayed. I will now have to attempt to purchase the mug elsewhere.

Dear Lorna, We are very sorry that one of the items sent arrived damaged. But looking at the notes we have for your order, I think there may have been a misunderstanding in regards to returning the broken item. If you are able to provide proof of the breakage, as you did, then we do not require the damaged item to be returned. However, we were unable to resend a replacement item to you and instead offered you a full refund on the broken mug. The £3 postage refund was to cover the additional postage costs that you had incurred in purchasing three mugs instead of two (which is what you received). We do reserve the right to ask for items to be returned, but that was not the case in this instance, and we will always cover the full postage costs if an item is faulty or damaged. Our apologies if there was any confusion caused, and I hope that the information above has helped to clarify the situation. Service was fast and efficient with the parcel arriving really quickly. The item was as described. However the gift wrapping service was not of the standard I expected and this was very disappointing. I had to unpack and rewrap.

SOUP SPOON BADLY DESIGNED. UNCOMFORTABLE TO SIP FROM . SOUP BOWL BARELY HOLDS 400ML TIN OF SOUP. FAR TOO SMALL FOR CONTENTS. DISAPPIONTED

Hello Sandy, I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the Soup Bowl with Spoon set, and that the spoon was not overly practical, please give us a call or email and we will see what we can do. I think, I ordert two differend cups, but you send twice the Same. I hold them now. Its to expencive to send them back to U.K. Maren Rettig

Hi, the parcel was received quickly and seemed to be packed tidily, but, unfortunately one of the wax holders was damaged and I am unable to use it. However, with post and package etc it was not worth me returning it, but nevertheless I was disappointed. That said, the other items were fine and good quality. Thank you

The products came exactly as advertised. However there was a bit of hassle in getting the order through as I was required to get the 6 digit transaction code from my credit card company. This required calling them. Initially the person had no idea what I was asking for. But I understand this was being done to protect me.

Bought Yankee candle pillar - Cappicino truffle. When u put ur nose up to it to smell it you can , however no scent when lit at all . So disappointed
