The item I received is not clean or tidy, and it didn’t come with complete packaging. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend your website to my relatives or friends.

Hi, Thank you for your review, i am sorry that you are dissapointed with the packaging of our Jellycat items. All the items are new and come to us directly from Jellycat themselves, however they do not supply us with the dust bags or gift bags. The dust bags are only available if you order from Jellycat directly, therefore I’m afraid that we are unable to forward them to you. Kind regards, Rebecca @ customer service

Bought a water bottle for my daughter, was dropped on the carpet first day she had it and the bottom shattered. Wouldn’t say the bottle was suitable for children given how likely it is they’ll be dropped- made from the wrong kind of plastic. Refund/ return refused because it was dropped.

Hi, further to our email correspondence, as these bottles are made of rigid plastic, if that are dropped unfortunately they will crack or break. On this occasion, as the bottle has sadly been dropped, I’m afraid that we are unable to replace this for you. Hi, Thank you for your review, we can see that your order placed on 6th August was dispatched on 8th with your chosen standard delivery, expected to arrive in 2- working days, Ryal Mail tracking shows the card as delivered on 12th, therefore within the estimated arrival time. Package arrived with one of the three egg cups smashed to many pieces yet no damage whatsoever to the packaging. Can only assume it was packed broken and sent out like that.

We were in this shop today. We are visiting from Scotland. My granddaughter saw some things she liked earlier in the week, so we went back today to buy them. She duly chose her gifts to take home to family and tried to pay with Scottish notes. One £20, one £10 and one £5. The lady behind the desk checked the notes to make sure they were legal tender and they checked out, according to her machine. However she refused to take the £10 note! I ask you, you’ve checked them and still refuse. My granddaughter paid with her card. I on the other hand would have left the purchases on the desk. We purchased a few things in Boots across the road and the lady there commented on the note saying it was ‘pretty’ She didn’t even check it with a machine. Same town different rules.

Do not order from this company. My experience with customer service was a disaster. Upon purchasing multiple items from the website, I added expedited shipping so the gifts I purchased for my sister would arrive before her birthday. Yesterday, my sister received an invoice for $41 to cover custom's fees. I reached out to customer service requesting a refund for expedited shipping to offset the additional fees - which, while listed on their website were linked in and not the least bit transparent. The seller blames Trump and his tariffs but if this is the case, why not make more of an effort to alert me to these possibilities prior to completion of my purchase. In closing, poor business practices aside, the quality of the products were not very good.

Thank you for your review. All international orders are subject to customs tax and charges , imposed by the government in the destination county, and are unfortunately beyond our control . For more information please see our T’s & c’s on our website.In addition to the regular tax/customs/ duties charges, Since Donald Trump imposed tariffs from May 2nd, all items that are manufactured in China incur additional import charges to enter the U.S The shipping fee you agreed to pay when you confirmed your order covers the successful transportation of the parcel to its final destination. I would give a 0 star if there was an option. Cut long story short. I ordered a gift for someone on 5th May and paid for Premium Delivery. The delivery should have taken 1-3 working days. However, a week later on 12th May, I was informed the parcel got delayed in transit and Royal Mail couldn't investigate the whereabouts further and confirmed if the item was not delivered by 15th May, they would be able to submit a claim. Nothing was delivered on 15th May so I wrote to their customer service for a refund. It is 23rd May today the refund still hasn't been processed. Absolutely nothing has been received from the company. What a disappointing service from the Temptation Gifts!

Really disappointed first time ordering, gift bags were squashed into box and marked. One had torn side. As birthday and new baby gifts I am unable to return. The invoice was also screwed up in box. Really sad as felt it would be somewhere I’d always order from as love Wrendale - it is an in justice to Wrendales usually very high standards

Please let us know if you’d prefer replacements or refunds for these items? I apologise as well for the screwed up invoice, as this should be folded at the bottom of the delivery box. I ordered the card on tueseday but the company depatched the parcel until friday afternoon.And it takes 2-5 business working days to get the card which is too late for my daughter‘s birthday.Quite Upset!!

Extremely disappointed with the extremely flimsy packaging that the jelly cat had been dispatched in so bad that the package was actually opened on delivery. Considering the Jelly cat cost £29.99 this was appalling.

I ordered a small diary from you, which could easily have been packed in an envelope, but was instead sent in a cardboard box which waa much larger than it needed to be. This was a waste of packing materials and postage costs. I shall not order anything from you in future.

Thank you for your review. The packaging was chosen to ensure the diary arrived undamaged and was protected throughout transit. Diaries are put in boxes to ensure corners don't get bent and that they are not pushed through letterboxes that do not fit the product. Please be assured all our packaging is fully recyclable.
