“This was my 2nd order with Temptations and, as last time, it arrived well packed and on time. Thank you. I was,however, very disappointed with the condition of one of the items. I contacted Temptations,and I'm glad to say that they swiftly put it right. Their customer service was very good. I would recommend them and will be happy to order from this company in the future.”

“£2.99 was reasonable post cost. It took 5 days to receive item. You have to pay for return postage in 14 days. A contactable company with good communication which is good.”

“Unfortunately when I alerted the fact that my parcel had not moved for 48 hours and was probably lost, I was not believed and asked to be patient. However, three days later I alerted the problem again, and a lovely lady despatched a replacement hare first class within a day.”

“My only comment is regarding unnecessary packaging. I ordered a single ceramic coaster, which arrived in a much bigger box than was needed. Even though all the packing material was recyclable, it did seem unnecessarily wasteful.”
