“Beautiful mugs. Bought as a replacement for one that was broken. Would have been good to be able to buy separately. Also the price on the website was lower than on the Portmerion site but your website just redirected us to the Portmerion site with the higher price and the lower price was not available which we thought was a bit underhand.”

“the product was reasonable priced and purchased in the christmas sale. The customer service was excellent when daling with an enquiry. The dispatch of the item ewas received quickly and efficiently and arrived on the morning of the stated date of delivery. The packaging was excellent. well liked purchase.”

“I ordered a Jellycat which arrived very quickly, great service and great communication. I was a bit disappointed with the packaging though. It was wrapped in tissue and in a plastic bag. The tissue was ripped on arrival. Also, I had expected some official jellycat wrap, either box or gift bag. In spite of that I love the jellycat gift I bought . Thank you.”
