“Great selection of products, and competitive prices, postage a little slow compared to others but disappointed that the mug I ordered didn't come in a box. You have the option to pay extra for an 'extra large' box but no where does it say, unless you do this, no box is provided. Considering how expensive Dunoon mugs are, this was a real disappointment, when other sellers, do provide the box!”

“Really pleaesed to discover this site and everything ordered was brilliant. Only 3* as missing from order was the Xmas tissue paper and although I emailed 2 weeks ago… I still have heard nothing and no tissue paper sent. V disappointed”

Hi, thank you for your review. We did reply top your email on 3rd December, please see below.Thank you for your email, I am sorry to hear that the tissue paper is missing from the box. All our orders are checked twice before leaving us, so I am concerned to hear about the missing item. Quite often flat items are placed at the bottom of the box underneath the packing materials so could I respectfully ask to recheck the box to ensure something is not underneath. Either way please could you provide me with a photo of the delivery note which can be found inside the delivery box, so we can identify who here picked and packed your order and if possible, a photo of the shipping box so we can see if potentially your order has been tampered with whilst in transit to you. “I did not think the jellycat amusables parmesan looked very good, didn't look new. Not happy that I had to buy the jellycat bag as thought they would arrive together. Rather disappointed to be honest”

Hello ,Thank you for your review I am sorry that you are disappointed that the items don’t come in Jellycat branded bags. All our Jellycat products come to us directly from Jellycat, however they do not supply us with the dust bags or gift bags. The dust bags are only available if you order from Jellycat directly, therefore I’m afraid that we are unable to forward one to you. Kind regards Rebecca @ customer service

“The order was shipped and delivered relatively quickly. I was annoyed because my jelly cat had a fault on the fabric. Anyone taking the time to inspect the quality they are shipping out would have seen this but this care is not taking place. It's velvetty fabric so you can stroke it down but as it is a fault (like a scuff on the facbric) it doesn't brush out when you stroke the fabric. Very annoyed as Jelly cats are expensive enough. The picture didn't look like the item sent either. It has a huge seam between it's chin to between it's eyes - this can't be seen on the stock image. And finally the facial expression is not the same due to the position of the eye lids. If you deal with toys you should know facial expressions are everything! It changes it from a happily contented jellyfish to a sad one because the position of the eye lids and the smile are different.”

“The service was very quick and delivered to my door within the timescale quoted. I bought some soap which cost upwards of £10 inc postage. The wrapper on the soap was very old looking and I was unable to give as a gift due to this looking as though it had been laying around for far too long.”

“I absolutely luv the design on this mug. It's perfect for a Tea drinker. It's bright and colourful but unfortunately I don't like the mug. I don't find my tea stays hot for very long due to the width of the top of the mug. I've found this with mugs with wide tops previously, but I hoped this one would be different. Sadly it's not. It's a real shame as I really luv the design. I wish they did this design in the Henley style mug. It's a nice mug to hold and drink from, it just doesn't keep hot tea, hot for very long. The mug itself came well packaged and delivery was fast. Excellent company to buy from. I'm just sorry the style of the mug spoils a great design!”

“I was disappointed with the jellycat as it was So small , they did refund but I had to pay and was advised to send it to be signed for , it made it an expensive return compared to the original cost but I returned it on principle”

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that the Gingerbread Fred medium was smaller than expected. The names (including the 'medium') are taken directly from Jellycat themselves. We do include the dimensions of products on the product page as well as a photo showing this item being held by someone to give a visual representation of its size. “Items well packaged but one of the items wasn’t as expected and I wasn’t pleased that my only option was to return it at my own cost. Even though I have plenty of reasons why the product description and images were misleading Customer services were adamant that as the product dimensions were given that it was basically my problem and were not interested in offering any other solution. Therefore would not risk buying from them again. Would only shop with companies that offer free exchange/return and have more sympathetic and proactive customer service staff.”

“Lots of beautiful products. Just be careful, if you buy from an other country (France for me), you will have to pay additional taxes not mentioned in delivery price (delivery price is about 16 pounds and additional taxes 16 as well !) 🥺”
