The delivery is good, but the packing is quite bag, there are without any plastic bag or wrap paper for the difference products.

Lovely products - usually fast delivery too. However as a collector of jellycats, they seem to pack and squeeze the jellycats into bags far too small and numerous times I’ve had damaged folded and creased tags. As a collector i value my tags 🏷️ such a shame

Item was wrapped in a tatty piece of tissue inside a plastic bag , unable to give to the recipient as the jellycat owl was misshapen and a expensive waste of time

Thank you for your review. Over the years we have found that this type of packaging has been suitable protection for Jellycat and other plush items. Jellycat do not provide us with the dust bags therefore we wrap Jellycat products securely in tissue paper before being packed, on the rare occasion, the tissue paper can rip in transit if packages are not handled carefully so we apologise for the condition the tissue paper wrapping arrived in. Regarding the misshapen item you received. We do suggest that as these are packed tightly in tissue when sent out, they do benefit from plumping up and re-shaping on arrival. Bought from temptation gifts for years always good but on this occasion candles and burner arrived shattered. Customer services made me feel like I was a liar when informed them 10 mins after parcel arrived. I appreciate they need photos which I sent with comments. But stated needed more!! 9 emails and 7 photos later issue resolved

2 out of the 4 cards were bent so are of no use, I did ring to say and was told I had to take photos and send them to you. I am not in the habit of telling lies and wouldn’t waste a phone call if it was not true. I didn’t bother but would now think twice before ordering with you again

These baubles were very inferior to the photos displayed, they were like poor relations!!! I wonder if Temptations bought "seconds" from Gisela Graham to sell on at full price. They were not worth the money.

The product was as expected but the courier services were poor despite paying for premium services. They didn’t arrive within the estimated time frame and no updates were given therefore the item I purchased which was a birthday gift did not arrive and I had to deliver the disappointing to the person whose birthday it was. When I explained what had happened to customer services and asked if in that instance they would refund me the courier costs, I was advised they would not. A disappointing response. I would not use this retailer or the courier services again.

Thank you for your review. As you placed your order on Friday 6th September, it was dispatched the same day with our Courier next working day service for delivery on Monday 9th. FedEx tracking shows that the parcel was delivered on 9th at 5.32pm . Estimated delivery times that FedEx text through are a guide only, and can depend on conditions such as traffic delays or change of route by FedEx . On this occasion , as your parcel was delivered the next working day, as expected, unfortunately we are unable to refund your delivery charge, as you received the service paid for. Temptation are a unique store with a lovely selection of gifts. I found one that was very special to a friend of mine and was so excited to send him it. I purchased a Jelly Cat Rugby Ball and chose to pay the extra for gift wrapping. My friend opened the gift with me and I was appalled to see the effort put in. The writing was scruffy and the gift wrapping didn't cover the whole product so he could see what the item was before opening it. The wrapping was plain white paper and looked like a pass the parcel gift. Very disappointing - would not recommend the gift wrapping option at all.

Hi Mark, further to our conversation, i am very sorry that the rugby ball was only wrapped in tissue.We wrap all items in tissue before they are then gift-wrapped, so my sincere apologies that on this occasion the gift-wrap was not added as requested, and the gift tag was not hand written neatly. As discussed , we have refunded the £2.99 you paid for this service. I bought a Ted Baker pen as a birthday gift and when my girlfriend opened it, the writing one part would work. A little embarrassing. I bought a new one from Temptation Gifts and it works. I will be returning the gotten one hopefully for full credit face

Although delivery was prompt I was disappointed with my purchase. The baby record book I ordered had a dirty fingerprint mark on the back and the gift bag I bought to put it in was crumpled. I did email customer services and they said they would replace if I sent it back but I needed the gift that week.

The toys were not in pristine condition when they arrived and were packed poorly. No jelly cat bag to protect the toys so they had a less than new look on arrival.

Unfortunately, Jellycat do not supply us with the official jellycat dust/gift bags, as these can only be purchased directly from them. We wrap our soft products securely in tissue paper prior to being packed to avoid damage in transit.
