Thank you Temptation Gifts for having the items I wanted and with price reductions, all very helpful when buying so many Jelly Cat gifts! Arrived promptly as promised, and I would have marked rating Good however the packaging unfortunately let you down so rating reduced to acceptable. My 9x Jelly Cat toys were cramped into a small bag. I was surprised that each toy was not in separate bags but understand about reduced packaging. The delivery bag had a hole in it big enough to lose one of my items, infact one of the Christmas pudding Jelly cat toys was hanging outside the bag. However my order was complete and in good condition considering the poor packaging. I will be using Temptation Gifts again but would hope the packaging will be improved next time please

Disappointed was sent two of the same item when I ordered different ones can't be bothered returning one as this was a gift and wouldn't have had enough time ?

The Card which I ordered was creased, and the box I got for the bracelet I ordered was too small.

Good website, easy to find what we are searching. A bit disappointed with the FedEx delivery though because they have damage the merchandise (they threw the package behind a high fence)

I received them promptly, perfectly packed. The only negative is that the bottom of the candle jars looked like the candle had melted somewhat in all four jars. They were meant as gifts but I am keeping two because they are not good enough in my eyes for me to give as gifts.

I can confirm that the pictures attached show where the wax is poured in and adheres to the bevelled glass at the base of the candle. Lovely gift and arrived on time. I had asked for a special message to be added for my granddaughter which I paid extra for but the gift card was blank so spoiled the surprise

The process to purchase was fine, however, the gift, a soft toy, was despatched only in a plastic cover - no bubble rap or box or anything. I am relieved the toy arrived unharmed as it could easily have been damaged or crushed. Something for Temptation to think about.

The packing is so terrible. My jellycat toys were put into an untidy box without official bags.

All of our Jellycat items come to us directly from Jellycat, however, they do not supply us with the dust bags/gift bags. These are only available if you order from them directly. The Jelly Cat I ordered came wrapped in a small bag which smelled of a bin liner. This was for my baby so I was very disappointed.

All our Jellycat items are sent in the grey mailing bags, as we find these durable, recyclable and suitable for soft items, which may need a bit of plumping to get back to shape as they have to be packed securely when shipped. I'm afraid only 3 stars because of the Brexit and customs rules that now exist between UK and Europe. When the Customs costs (€ 10.31) are almost just as much as the product bought (GBP 11.99)then I am afraid it's not worth ordering things from UK anymore :-( :-( The product is fine and the time of postage is in order.

Loved the mug. Sadly though an advertisement on line showed a nice price drop within the week of my order which would have been a more pleasing price. This occurrence will give me pause in the future, being left to wonder if I'm getting a fair deal. A refund of the difference would be nice.

I like the tea towels but I paid far too much postage plus 12€ German duties. At that price those coronation tea towels could have come with real jewels attached. I will not order from the UK again. Sorry about Brexit.
