I ordered the wine bottles that light up, delivery was great but the bottles were covered in the glue they use and left a mark when peeled off

I was not overly impressed. Ornaments were cloudy or dirty looking. Not worth the wait.

Ordered a pink firefly jar for my sons girlfriends xmas gift. Although it said pink on the invoice, I was sent purple (the word purple was written clearly on the box!) Too late to exchange so I'm hoping she likes purple!!!

Nice mug- smaller than expected and would have been nice to receive in a presentable box .. or something better than bubble wrap for the money

Hello Tess, thank you for your feedback, i am sorry that you are disappointed with the Jura shape mug, these are the smallest mugs that Dunoon produce, however all the dimensions and mug capacity are shown on our website to help make selection easier. I was looking forward to receiving this Firefly jar. It didn't disappoint in that it is a very pretty and delicate light effect. However the on/off switch is the wrong way round! Kept it anyway as it is rather nice.

the items I bought were good, and arrived in good condition - but as a result of the "other" box checked on the tax declaration I had to pay another 63,5% extra for my package. This could be avoided if the "gift" box had been checked.

Is rang up to stop a order coming,but apparently I was told it was to late to change it,so I had to order 3 more of the gift I wanted,but alas they both were despatched together,So first ones got sent back to Temptations,When I get my credit back for them.

At this busy time of year we try very hard to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, and once the order has been passed through to our fulfillment department, we are unable to cancel it, as our pickers and packers will be already processing the parcel for dispatch . I live in Italy, and I ordered on the 4th December. My order has not arrived yet. I hope to receive it before Christmas. But I think that temptation gifts is a nice shop. Xx

Fast delivery however wrong items were delivered so had to wait until the correct items were delivered. They did however arrange for the delivery driver to take back the incorrect items so saved a trip to the post office.

I had two Dunoon mugs sent to my sister in England. I was disappointed to hear that they were not boxed and just wrapped in bubble wrap. Would not order again. The mugs were not cheap and I think they should have at least been boxed. Jean Covert

Although I had ordered the card, 6 days before needing it, it came too late. Needlessly, overpacked in a square box and full of polystyrene chips. An envelope slightly larger than the card, which wasn't big, would have done the job and probably would have been delivered, quicker. The actual card was fine and I will save it for next year, hoping that as it was a themed card, the recipient will still be into sports! Not sure if I would use Temtation Gifts again though.

Hello, I am sorry to hear that the card arrived too late for you to give it and that we packed it the way we did. Our Fulfillment team are trained to us the appropriate materials and packaging to suit the products being dispatched so your card should have been shipped as you suggested, we will review with the team member concerned. With regards to the delivery, I am little confused, you ordered 22nd, we shipped the card on 23rd and Royal Mail advise it was delivered 25th, which is in-line with the Standard delivery service you selected. I've used Temptation Gifts for a few years as they always have great gift ideas and at great prices. I've always been very happy with my purchases and the service. However, this time I was a bit disappointed with my order as the pintail candles I ordered were sellotaped together for delivery which meant that when you took them apart the sellotape ripped off some of the label - not great when they're gifts as they look tatty! The prosecco glass I ordered also had a chip out of the gold writing in the glass.

The products I purchased were great but i was extremely disappointed by the packaging! There were lots of little bits of polystyrene which aren't recycleable and take up loads of space in the bin.. surely everyone with a conscious uses the inflatable packaging these days?! At least something you can easily recycle!

Hello Catherine,i am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our packaging.Please be assured that the poly chips we use are manufactured from 100% recycled polystyrene, which is reusable and can be put in the compost and generally degrades within 9 to 60 months, also these can usually be recycled through your local ‘Household Waste and Recycling Centers’. If for future orders you would like us to use only bubble wrap and tissue to protect your items, please let our customer service team know and we will of course arrange this instead.
