I don't normally leave feed back but the service I have revived isn't good enough yes I understand it's nearly Christmas and places will be busy due to a lot of parcels but having place an order over 12 days ago and still not receiving it is not exceptiable in my eyes!!! Also have had no communication regarding my order which said it would take 3- 5 working days to be delivered and being sent an email saying it had been dispatched after the third day is simply not right!!! Wouldn't bother using this site again waste of time and money!!!

Dear Samuel, Our apologies that you haven't received your parcel as yet. I can see from your order details that your item was dispatched 2 days after being placed, and sent using our standard delivery method. This is a Royal Mail service that usually takes 2 days, or at most 3 days, to arrive after dispatch. But unfortunately on this occasion it appears to have been delayed further or been lost in the postal system. You should have received confirmation from our customer service team that your parcel has now been resent and should arrive with you in 1-2 working days. Apologies again, David - TemptationGifts.com

the china thing arrived in about 20 pieces. I had to throw the whole lot away. The packageing was poor. i went to another store and bought another . As a matter of fact on ordering I wanted two. You only had one . So I expect it was broken before it was sent. The other tthing I asked the lady on th phone to let me know when more came in . She said this was a service you could do. Order from you again . I THINK NOT

We usually expect standard international parcels to arrive within 2 weeks of ordering, but at busy times of year this can take a little longer, depending on international postal services. I heard Yankee candles have good smell so I bought quite a few, very disappointed no smell.

We get very little negative feedback about Yankee candles and their scent, but it is the case that some of the smaller candles do have a little less throw and a few of the fragrances are more subtle in nature. I ordered beverage coasters from www.temptationgifts.com with the saying "Queen of Awesomeness" inscribed on them, requesting one set. What I received, in the United States, where I reside, was a single coaster! When I e,mailed Temptations to explain that they had made a mistake in not sending a complete set of 4, a CSR indicated that this product is sold singly. Who buys one coaster? I have recently ordered other decorative coasters from artisans at Etsy, and they always arrive in a pack of 4. I am totally dissatisfied!

Almost all the coasters that we sell come individually (with quite individual designs) and we make no reference to them being part of a pack; when items do come in a set it is clearly indicated in the product name and description.
