For the second time I received the wrong item and paid extra for delivery for it to get delivered before a family members bday. It's a shame cos they have really good gift ideas but to receive the wrong item twice is not good enough. There is also no return policy or info with the gift and have therefore not returned the items.

The product I bought was dreadful! Fairy light necklace, only five actually lit up and the plastic baubles keep breaking off and you can't fix them back on.....don't waste your money!

I ordered this package on the 28th of December 2015. Today is January 11th, and still no package has arrived. So disappointing - first time I have ordered from the site instead of just going into store. Clearly, a very bad decision. I leave for a trip abroad this week and the gifts for friends and family are somewhere in the ether of the postal system. Very poor. I will say that I contacted customer service and they have been nice and said they will re-dispatch what they can of my order. This is good service but I suspect many items will no longer be available because I bought most of the items on sale. Will no order through them again - very unreliable.

I would love to leave a reveiw, but I ordered this item over 6 weeks ago and still have not recevied it. When I contacted customer service, they said that they cannot track the shipment as it is international. Very frustrating,

We normally expect international orders to take between 10-14 working days for delivery, and so due to the recent holiday period your order may take a little more time overall to be delivered. Service was awful. My order was sent without even being complete. The only good thing was that I got a refund for the amount I paid for it to be wrapped.

Order £50 worth to get the free p&p, I ordered it on the 7th Dec Mon now its 20th Dec still awaiting, cant say much about what i ordered yet. Im just hoping its here before Christmas ?
