He realizado un pedido el dia 18/11/2016 y no teno ninguna noticia de el. Me lo cobraron el mismo dia por la cuenta y no tengo ningun numero de seguimieto ni nada que indique que he comprado un producto en su pagina web. Estoy muy disgustada

When I opened the items I found they were very dirty. I understand these are kept in a warehouse and they are bound to get dusty however they had sticker marks all over the products and they didn't even have stickers on them. As I was giving this as a present I did not have time to send this back and wait for a replacement, so i had to clean it up myself. When complaining to temptation I was just fobed off with we will pass this on and that the makes are down to pricing items! I don't know any retailer that would price 1 item in 3 different places on a small item and also not check the cleanliness of products being sent. I really doubt I will shop with temptations again.

I ordered 2 reindeer brooches ...... i was sent 1 brooch and 1 necklace !!! Simple enough order ... how could you get it wrong ?????

I can see from your order details that you bought a Yankee Candle Decor candle, which comes in a straight pillar-shaped glass. If you believe a mistake has been made with the item you received, then we will happily replace the item free of charge. Unfortunately the recipient of my gift of electric candle warmer found it was chipped and wax melts were not even included. Your company not able to reissue said gift so I have had to re-order another gift (doubling up on postage). Hopefully next gift will arrive intact and my next comments will be more favourable. Till then ...

Hello, on checking your order, I can see we shipped it out to you on 8th November. On checking the tracking for your order with our courier DPD, I can see that you refused the delivery 11th November and it is being returned back to us. The bauble has a cut mark on the bottom of it which is really noticeable and very obvious not sure why the bauble was sent with This defect

The candles that I got do not smell like the ones I ordered. I ordered angel wings and it just smells like vanilla. No please.

Hello Deepi Hair. I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the Angel's Wing Yankee Candle you have brought from us. With 2 of the 4 base fragrances in this fragrance being Vanilla Bean and Malted Vanilla, I can appreciate your comments that it smells strongly of Vanilla. If you have not already I would strongly recommend that you follow the below tips and advise that Yankee supply as it may help with the fragrance and throw. Trim your Wick - Trim your wick to 3mm before each burn. Use an Illuma-Lid Jar Candle Topper - Your candle’s best friend! They look beautiful and help steady the flame for a clean, even burn. Allow to Pool - Let the top layer of wax liquefy and pool to the edges to avoid tunnelling. Wonder how long this should take? We recommend, that for every 1cm in diameter, you burn for 30 minutes - so a Large Jar Candle would be 4 hours. Use a Candle Snuffer - to gently dowse the flame when you’re done to prevent smoking and wax escaping the candle. The 1cm Rule - We never like to see the end of our favourite fragrance, but once your candle wax is 1cm from the bottom; it's officially finished. Time to choose another favourite to burn. On checking your order, I can see that you returned the items with a cheque enclosed as there was additional charge for the new items you wanted. My order arrived incomplete with no explanation. 2 mugs were missing from the order and one mug arrived minus the coaster set. I find this unsatisfactory

Hello, I can see from our notes that this has all now been resolved and that sadly the postage delays were due to US Customs, holding one of the boxes back. I have not recieved my parcel. It is sendt in direction Ecuador instead of Norway. It's possible my own fault, but it it should not be possible to make such mistakes. There should be a better control of the destination address. I do not know how Ecuador has become part of my address in my order. ?? Create a better system.!

Dear Hakon, Thank you for your feedback. We are in the process of introducing a new system that will help both domestic and international customers find and check addresses. But currently we are unable to verify all the details entered and are reliant on customers providing accurate information to us, especially for orders going to overseas destinations. To minimise errors we allow customers to review and confirm all details on the checkout and again in an order confirmation email. And we are able to adjust delivery information if we are notified soon after a purchase has been made. Unfortunately, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the details provided are correct, and we are unable to act further until we are in possession of the goods in question. But I can see from our records that our customer service team is aware of the problem, and are looking to assist in any way that they can. Ordered 3 mugs. They were shipped air mail (at my cost) in a flimsy cardboard box from the shipper to the United States. 2 cups were broken, the third cup was cracked and shattered when handled.

Dear Wayne, We are very sorry that your items arrived broken. We use the same packaging for all our orders and very rarely have any issues with damages. But unfortunately it can be difficult to cater for all scenarios and accidents can occur in transit, especially when travelling long distances. Paid for premium delivery it didn't arrive by the date customer services said it would therefore I went to a wedding with no present very very disappointed
