Watery hand wash and not watermelon flavoured. More of a plastic smell. Emptied contents and replaced with shop bought handwash. Very disappointed as liked the look of the container.

We do find that cards sent in jiffybags, don't always arrive in perfect condition, therefore we do send them in slightly bigger boxer to ensure safe delivery, however we will pass your comments on to our fullfilment manager to look into further. I've ordered a Ted Baker hip flask from temptation gifts as Ted Baker have run out of this particular one. I'm very disappointed with the quality of the product and I'm sure that this is not an original Ted Baker product, it looks very cheap and badly made.

Ordered and paid for 2 small candles, they posted one and refunded the money for one (out of stock) which meant inc postage I paid £11.19 for one small candle ... candle then came too late to give to intended recipient .... cheaper and quicker to go through Yankee candle website (which is what I did whilst waiting for this one)

Good Morning. I am sorry to hear you have not had your order yet. To confirm your parcel was dispatched on 30th December with using the Royal Mail Airmail Service you selected. Orders shipped via this service are expected to arrive in 7 to 14 working days, however very occasionally parcels can be held up a little longer due to customs or other carrier delays. Please can I ask you to wait a few more days , and if the parcel has not arrived by 16th December please get in touch and we will of course look into this further. My plate arrived smashed and I had to get A refund due to the product out of stock and they didn't even refund the postage I original paid just the price of the plate! Very annoyed ????

Hello Chloe, I am very sorry to hear that you are very annoyed with us regards not refunding your postage charges. On checking your order, I can see that because you spent over £49.99 you had free delivery, which we then upgraded to our Next Day Delivery Couriers for free. The difference between your refund and the total paid, is because you had another item shipped on the same order. Two pairs of earrings were packaged in a 9in x 6in box when a padded envelope would have been sufficient because of this I had to leave work early to collect it from the sorting office. What is the point of all the packaging? I was also disappointed with the Carrie Elspeth earrings they looked very cheap and not as good quality as the ones I already have.

Of the four items received one was broken and two were damaged. Would not use them again or recommend them to anybody.

Unfortunately the Emma Bridgewater plates and bowels had air bubbles and imperfections in the glaze. Your team were helpful but the return label did not come very quickly. I returned the goods Monday and am waiting to hear that my refund has been made.

Hello Lesley. I am sorry to hear that the Returns label took a while to be received, I posted it out to you on 9th using to 1st class post, so it should have been delivered to you on Friday 11th. The pre-paid returns label we send out to you is Royal Mail 2nd Class parcel post, so can take up to 5 working days to be delivered. Hopefully they will be back with us by Monday 21st at the latest. If you need anything else please do let us know, and again my apologies that the Emma B plates had imperfections and that we were not able to replace them for you via a next day exchange. I received the parcel with the various Christmas presents inside all everything was there, however the wall calendar had been folded to fit inside the box and the edges of the bookmark were slightly peeling off. After paying £10 for postage you'd expect better care, especially coming up to the festive period of the year. So will order from other sites and keep the damaged goods to myself to avoid disappointment.

The order was for 2 large notebooks, and A5 notebook and sticky notes that packaging was so over the top, a box with Styrofoam pieces then each individual item wrapped in plastic! Surely an envelope with sturdy cardboard on either side would have been sufficient. The product: I felt was very overpriced, each book with 50 sheets and flimsy soft cover surely does not justify the price when articles are made in China! Felt very let down and I doubt I will ever order again.

With regards to the packaging we aim to sufficiently package items to ensure they reach you in the best condition, especially with our overseas deliveries as they are often in transit for much longer, passing through many hands before being delivered to you. I will however feedback your comments to our fulfillment team so we can maybe look at alternative packaging options for books/notebooks etc. In terms of the products itself I am sorry you feel that way, if you would like return them, please do and we will refund you on receipt back to us. My order was for 2 candles and they were dispatched separately the 2nd candle received 2 dates later from the 1st. Both candles supposed to be a birthday present and you can understand my disappointment .
