Not very happy so far. Delivery said 2-5days, waited and was given tracking number. Tracked and no movement since 25th Nov. Temptation said parcel not actually missing until 12th December despite 2-5 days on website. Will have to source elsewhere as no refund until after 12th December from Temptation

Tiny mug. about 13com tall unlike what I was expecting a typical mug to be. Disappointed as the engraved message and cost was high. I won't be using this site I'd recommend you go elsewhere

I purchased 2 Ballz Up games from you. They are useless because the ball is too light and impossible to swing up into the cheap plastic basket. To return these I would lose 50% of my outlay, so not even worth doing that.

The toy that I ordered looked like it was ex-display - it didn't come in a box and was just wrapped up in a bit of tissue paper. As I had ordered this as a gift I wanted it to be new and properly packaged in its own box.

I lost my headband which I had bought from a different shop. I decided to buy it agin but from here. Was delivered later than expected but not too long so it didn’t matter too much. However it came dirty. It mostly came out but not entirely. Not very happy.

Sadly not a nice experience order the same money pot each year this year was a tiny pot compared to last year albeit the same price. Could easily have been my fault not checking size but photo and price were the same as last year. Disappointed to say the least.

I purchased a mug to replace a broken one. The new mug was described as large. Knowing the range I knew this was yhe size of the broken one. The replacement described as large, is standard size. No worth my time to send back, but too bear in mind, for future reference.

I am pleased with the quick service but after paying upfront for the postage I then had to pay an extra £1.50 to the post Office before they delivered the parcel as they didn’t pay the full postage when sending the items.

Thank you for your review.As all our postage is paid at the time of dispatch, the request you have received will not be for your parcel from Temptation Gifts. As in our email, the £1.50 payment request card from Royal Mail is dated 1/9, however your order from us was not dispatched until 1st at 12.25, therefore I’m afraid that this payment request cannot be for our parcel , and may be for another that is on the way to you. kind regards, Rebecca @ customer service

Website not bad but what put me of was the cost of postage and packing. I don't mind paying postage and packing but you have to pay again when you return items. To expensive will not but form this Company again and will tell others about the expensive costs.
