Not impressed with the yankee spheres, can not smell them at all very unusual for a yankee product

The packaging was clearly not good enough. The glass i purchased tgat has been packed at the top of the box was smashed. Love the vairety of gifts on offer but you need to sort your packaging out

The wrendale storage tins were very attractive but not much use, lids very difficult to remove, one I cannot use at all and have hurt my fingers trying to open. They could have done with linings to inner and to lids to create a seal while easier to open.

I requested a delay in despatch due to being away on holiday but was keen to purchase the fire fly led light jar as they had come back into stock. The request was not considered and parcel went to neighbour.

Second time I've ordered from here and second time my order was wrong. All sorted in the end (again). Definitely won't be trying a third time as too much hassle.

I only bought two greetings cards and a bottle bag but they came in a box 45 x 30 x 25 cm with 2 metres of bubble wrap ! No wonder the p&p was £3.99. What a shocking waste of materials.

This product came with only illustrations of how to complete, punch out parts were not sturdy, and therefore would not hold together. No more punch out 3D puzzles for me.

was very disappointed with the address book I brought from them recently, it was scuffed and had a small tear on one corner, certainly shouldn't have been for sale! even more distressing for me was that it was a birthday present for my daughter and there wasn't enough time for me to find a replacement so she got an apology instead of a gift! however I'll give them their dues I contacted them about it and they were very prompt at relying, wanted photo evidence which I sent and then gave me a full refund immediately, so customer service was very good, but quality of the goods for sale was the exact opposite, hopefully that was just a one off and other customers have a better experience than me, but it does make me very wary about buying on line when you can't see the exact item in person like you do in a shop and are just relying on the common sense of the staff shipping the things out that they will make sure they are sending undamaged goods!

Colours on mug aren't correct--it looks cheap. Also porcelain is not as fine as expected. The rim is not thin.

As Dunoon fine bone china mugs are made using traditional methods, their thickness can vary from mug to mug. When my package arrived it did not have a 'Fragile' sign on the outside. Inside were three fragile items and one of them (LED Stars in A Bottel) arrived in broken pieces. I have the impression that this item was not checked before sending and might have been broken inside the box already. Because two other fragile items in the parce (two porcelain mugs) arrived undamaged,

We ordered 4 Emma Bridgewater Queens 90th birthday mugs. They arrived well packaged and quickly - however 2 of the mugs have uneven or faded paint writing.

My review is on the shipping and delivery of my order. It's been 11 days since I placed my order and I have not received a tracking number nor has my Easter order arrived. Only when I finally emailed customer service to inquire was I told that my order had been dispatched but still no tracking option was included in that email response. I paid $30 in shipping costs (the price of one of the Dunoon mugs I ordered!!) and thought that certainly would insure delivery within 7-10 days and a means to track. So far, I'm very disappointed in the value of the shipping costs and will find another source for future Dunoon purchases. The unknown waiting style of Temptations is not for my taste.

3/1/16 I got tired of no response from your company and hope that I was more successful ordering from Dudoon direct. 3/1/16 I just received Order # 100239326, The Shooting mug was not the Dorset style I ordered, but it WAS BROKEN upon arrival. The other mug also was not the mug I ordered, being a very large Christmas Design. I hope that my order from Dunoon is correct. robertolson2432@comcast.net

Was waiting for a delivery which hadn't arrived,phoned up and was told it hadn't been sent but he would reorder it and I would get free postage but 10 mins later the postman arrived with the original order. I then received the second order about a week later,the postage had been taken so l phoned the office who where a bit short with me but did refund my money. I don't think this was good service for a very valuable customer. I stopped buying of use before for a similar incident and I gave a second chance but I am not impressed with the treatment.

I was disappointed that despite paying the extra money for special delivery it didn't arrive within the 1-2 days as it had advised. As It was a gift I was unable to give on his birthday. I'd use again but I wouldn't use the fast delivery service or use if needed quickly.

Dear Davina, We are very sorry if the information we provided for our Courier Delivery service was unclear. All parcels sent out using this service are set to arrive within 1-2 working days, with the cut-off for same-day dispatch being 4pm. Unfortunately delivery is not possible on Saturdays or Sundays. I can see from your order details that you placed your order after 4pm on a Thursday, which meant that the parcel was dispatched the following day for delivery on the Monday as expected. The notes from our partner courier state that delivery was attempted on Monday, but that their driver was unable to obtain a signature, and so a redelivery was attempted the following day - which was successful. Our apologies again if this wasn't made clear at the time, but from our records it appears that delivery would have been made on the 2nd working day if there had been someone at the delivery adress able to receive it. If you need any further queries or if you believe a mistake has been made with any of the information above, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for help. I ordered 4 fine bone china Nevis Dunoon mugs. On receipt last Thursday I found one was broken. I emailed Temptation Gifts the same day requesting a replacement and received their automated reply indicating a formal response would be sent the folowing day; Friday. Today is Tuesday and still no response. I now have another issue in that one mug (Little Sailing Boats) is more like pot than fine bone china . As well as feeling different, having a thicker rim to the other mugs, it is 37 grams (1.33 ounces) heavier. I will be contacting the seller to resolve this. In conclusion neither the after sales service nor the product live up to my expectations.

Womder if there's been any problem... I haven't received my parcel yet.it was sent on January 25th by international mail (I live in spain) It's already more than two weeks and a half for the delivery
