Unfortunately one of the mugs ordered was clearly a second with bubbling in the glaze and it shouldn't have been sent. They did respond well to my complaint and so I will probably use them again should the need arise.

I would love to leave a review; however, I have been very disappointed out of the gate. This was to ship to another country and I would expect to receive a tracking #. When I inquired about this I was told none was available and the curtness of the email has been more than off putting. I would have gave 1 star, but I am hopeful this is not some lame trinket for the price ....that is, if it arrives sometime this year! (it has already missed the event (Birthday) and I seriously question if it is being sent by Burro at this point..?..?

I am very sorry that the order has not yet arrived, and sincerely apologise that you felt that when you enquired about this , the reply you received was curt, this was certainly not our intention. As advised parcels sent with Royal Mail Airmail and their international partners are expected to arrive in 7-14 working days. We are unfortunately unable to provide individual tracking numbers for parcels sent with this service, however we find that this is a very reliable service and respectfully ask that you allow the full estimated delivery time. I can confirm that the order was dispatched on 4th September, and as Monday will be the 9th working day since dispatch, please be assured that your order is on the way and is anticipated to arrive on 24th at the latest. We dispatched your order placed on 15th on 17th, our T's & C's do advise that we aim to dispatch all Standard Delivery orders within 1 working day of being placed, but at particularly busy periods this may take up to 2 working days. Hello Matheus, Thank you for your review. I can confirm that your order was dispatched on 8th June with Royal Mail airmail service. International orders using this service are expected to arrive in 7-14 working days. As today is the 7th business day since dispatch, please be assured that your order is making its way to you and is expected to be delivered to you in the next 7 business days. The products were good- they look much bigger on screen though. Most have the measurements of the products in the details below. However, in the delivery process, it was extremely pricy. Also with the options of where to leave the parcel if no-one was there, i selected 'leave with neighbour' who i know was at home at the time the parcel arrived. I also called the store checking my delivery details as i knew i would not be at home and they told me that they would leave it with my neighbour. They also asked me if i wanted to leave it at my doorstep if my neighbour did not answer and i said yes as i needed to gift the order the day after the package arrived. However on the day, i was told that nobody knocked on the door at my neighbours house and also there was no package on the doorstep. I then received an email saying that nobody was at home so they were going to come back again the next day. This caused a big struggle as i needed the gift that day. I am very disappointed as i even made sure the delivery details were correct and even left a second option.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I am very sorry to learn of your delivery problems. I have sent you a more detailed response in email but unfortunately your request to DPD for your delivery to be 'Left Safe or with a neighbour' was sent after the 1st delivery attempt had been made, If you had responded to the email or text sent prior to the delivery attempt your request would have been actioned. I can also see that sadly you did not contact us about 'Click and collect' until 4pm on Tuesday 24th, we advised on the phone that as your order had already shipped and was with DPD we were unable to change it. The delivery was way too late. When I ordered the mugs it said it would take 7 to 10 days. Three days later I received a mail that my order was processed just now (three days after the actual order??) and all of a sudden it would take 10 to 14 days. I have still not received the package and now it is too late anyways. The motifs of the cups are still great and I truly appreciate the artists. That's the only reason for the one star I gave you.

Good afternoon, Thank you very much for your feedback. We constantly strive to do the best we can for our customers so welcome your feedback and appreciate the time taken to let us know about the issue you are having with your order. I can see that your order was dispatched as you correctly stated 3 days after it was received by us. Sadly here in the UK we had nationwide snowfall particularly from Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd March. This did mean that our warehouse site was very difficult to access and that subsequently meant that over that period of time our orders were not able to be fulfilled so we did have a slight delay on getting orders out as fast as we usually do. I appreciate that this should not affect our customers and apologise for the delay that this has caused with your order. Delivery for international orders is quoted as 7-10 working days by our Airmail couriers however, to allow for any delays or customs hold ups, we do quote 7-14 working days so our customers can factor this in when placing their orders to ensure they leave plenty of time for orders to arrive should it be to gift for instance. We dispatched your parcel on the 6th March and we then count our 7-14 working days from this date as we would usually dispatch the same or very next working day. As today is working day number 9 we are still within even the lower estimated time frame for us to deliver your order. I am very sorry if this means due to the longer delivery time on international orders that your parcel is now going to arrive too late. I agree that the Dunoon Mugs are beautiful and when they arrive I hope they can be enjoyed as intended however, if when your parcel arrives you no longer need the items, please contact us to let us know so we can look at resolving this for you. We are here 7 days a week via telephone or email and are always more than happy to help and advise our customers as best we can. Please accept my sincere apologise for any inconvenience caused. I bought two mugs : one is ok but the for the other one, i.e. Dunoon London Glencoe, there is a manufacturing defect as it not possible to use it because it leaks. It is a pity to buy a pleasant mug and not to use it !!

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry that you are still disappointed with us. Sadly we are unable to refund the difference of your order. Whilst I can understand your frustration, unfortunately we have to start and end promotions at some point and in a 24/7 online world there is no time where customers are not online shopping with us, meaning at some point we will start a promotion sometimes within minutes/seconds of orders being placed. unfortunately I never received it as royal mail say it has been delivered but have not received my mother's Christmas present.

Hello Becky, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and I am sorry to hear that you hadn't received it by the time you left the review. I can see that you called in 20th December and spoke to a team member who advised that it was attempted and being held at a Royal Mail delivery depot. We provided a reference number so that you could contact RM and change the address from the School address, as the school was now closed. On checking the tracking today, I can see it was delivered 8th January, when the school reopened. If you would like to return it, please do get in contact Kind regards Kerry

Hello James, Thank you for your feedback, i am sorry that your order placed on 14th December had not arrived when you contacted us on 21st December. As the parcel was showing as still out for delivery on 22nd, and then still hadn't arrived with you, my colleague advised that as your order has not arrived, we must sadly assume the parcel was lost in the postal system, to be followed up with Royal Mail. I can confirm that your order was dispatched on Saturday 16th December with your chosen standard delivery service, parcels are sent with second class Royal Mail and expected to arrive in 2-5 working days. I was checking out when I pressed order but then a notification came up saying that I had an empty basket. So I went back and did it again but the same thing happened! When I finally was able to check out I clicked order now it told me that the order had been placed. One week later - no package. I received an email from Temptations telling me that I had items in my basket but I hadn’t clicked order now! Which I definitely had!and this was on Christmas Eve! Thank god I have a Temptations where I live otherwise my friends wouldn’t have got the Christmas gifts.

They sent me the wrong item twice even after i emailed them to let them know the order was sent incorrectly they sent me the wrong item again. Eventually i did receive the correct item but only after several emails wont be using them again.

Dear Audrey, Thank you for your feed back and your recent email, I am terribly sorry to hear that your order has not arrived. I can confirm that this was dispatched from our warehouse on the 27th November 2017 this was sent using our standard Royal Mail delivery service , parcels sent using this service are expected to arrive within 2 to 5 working days. We can see from the tracking information that your parcel with the unique ID: 0A04313710010002994A8 has been delivered on the 30th November 2017 and shows the following message ‘Delivered to your address or a neighbour’ in our experience the postman does not always leave a card. So please could I ask you to check with any neighbours to see if they have taken the delivery in for you and the usual ‘Leave safe areas’ like the shed, garage, behind the bin, in the bin etc. If you are unable to locate the parcel, please could I ask you to confirm your delivery address for me just in case there are any discrepancies which may have delayed delivery of your order and then we will look at the next steps. When I received the bunny, there was no tags attached to it. It looks like someone has taken it off. There’s nothing on the bunny to say what is is or how you’re meant to use it. I’d seen this in a shop before so I know it’s meant to be there. Bought it as a Christmas gift, was a bit disappointed with it.

The measurements in the advertisement was misleading. The measurement included the handles, so the bowls very a lot smaller than the advertised size. There was also a chip in one of the spoons. Overall, very disappointing. The cost of returning the two items was horrendous, so will not be purchasing from this company again.

I ordered three Jellycat poppets and they arrived stuffed in a tiny bubble envelope that would at most accommodate two of them. They were therefore all squashed. When I order direct from Jellycat they come in a good size bag and the toy itself is in a fabric Jellycat bag. I would not order from this company again.

Hello Carol, Thank you for your feedback,unfortunately we do not receive the Jellycat items in fabric bags from Jellycat themselves, however i am very sorry to hear that the 3 Jellycat poppets that you ordered have arrived damaged due to insufficient packaging. We try hard to ensure that all orders are sent out with the appropriate packaging and protection to make sure that they arrive safely and as expected, my apologies that on this occasion this has not been the case.
