Good Afternoon Many thanks for your order and feedback regards the lack of the Dunoon Branded Box with your recent purchase of the Glencoe Fresh water Fish mug I am sorry we have disappointed you on this occasion, we have been selling Dunoon products for over 30 years and we have never supplied every mug with a dunoon branded box. The majority of the products we receive from Dunoon are not individually boxed and they do not provide us with loose boxes to provide with each sale. We do not ship any Dunoon products in boxes, except those that arrived with us boxed, these items are clearly indicated on our website as boxed. Also within the product description for each mug we advise that the product is not boxed but that you can buy a dunoon branded gift box, we also provide a link within the product description so that you can buy a gift box if wanted. Lovely to speak to you just now regards the size of soup bowls you have purchased recently from us. I was pleased to hear that you like the bowls and thought the quality was great but I was concerned that our description of the size of the bowl was inaccurate. On checking the soup bowls, I have discovered what i think is the problem. On the site we advise: Height: 6.5cm; Width: 11cm and Depth: 12cm. The height measurement is the height inside the bowl from the base to the lip; the width of the bowl is the circumference and the depth of 12cm is the height from the base to top of the lid. I have passed this through to our Product Team for review to see if we can make the listing a little clearer. Thank you again for your time this morning. I have just purchased 2 Dunoon chemical symbol mugs as my husband likes them for a large cup of tea. The last one lasted a year until it cracked. We assumed it had got knocked, but after having the latest mug only a couple of weeks, and being very careful with it, a hairline crack has appeared on the inside. Are these mugs actually able to take boiling water for hot drinks? Amanda Gregory

Hello Amanda, i am sorry to hear that the mug cracked when hot water was poured in to the mug , this is likely to be due to "Thermal Shock" that the mug cracked,please see below, “Thermal Shock (Splitting through rapid expansion) Dunoon recommend to Avoid pouring boiling water directly into fine cups and mugs. Always put the milk in first, or if you do not take milk, pour the water over the back of a teaspoon.” Kindly email a photo of the mug to us at customerservice@temptationgifts.com and we will then send a replacement to you with 1st class post. The gift wrapping was so poor I had to open it and re-wrap it myself. I did a much better job. £2.95 is a rip off and I will not be ordering again

Hair chalk was rubbish. Far too thin and they kept snapping when applying to hair. I would not recommend this product.

Hello I am sorry to hear that your mug has not yet arrived, on checking your order I can see that we emailed you on 11th advising of the despatch. Your mug physically left us on Mon 13th March as we do not have collections over the weekend and it was shipped using Royal Mail Airmail service, expected delivery for this service is 7 to 14 working days. Please can I ask you to wait a few more days , and if the parcel has not arrived by 31st March 2017 please get in touch and we will of course look into this further. I purchased 3 differents wallets after checking very carefully the sizes of each item. None of them fits for the use I buy them for. I am very unhappy to find that the products are made in China. They all have a very strong and weird smell (odor).

Invoice was not attached for customs. So the parcel is still under way. I had to sent a copy of the invoice to the Swiss customs. Perhaps I will receive it in the near future.

Hello Lerain, Thank you for your feedback. As discussed when you called our customer service on 31st January, the non- delivery is due to you addressing the parcel to Accessorize Salisbury and as you explained they no longer accept delivery of parcels. We sent your order in good faith to the address on your order details and I did advise that should the parcel be returned to us, we will of course let you know and can arrange for re-delivery, however we are unable to re-send your order out to you until we are in receipt of the goods. Well, firstly when the candle arrived I noticed the personalised sticker on the side of the glass candle was not stuck on very well. As the edges of the sticker were dumpy. This has ruined the look of the candle overall as it does not look at all neat. However apart from that the printed personalised image was very clear and the writing was all correct. But I don't think I would order from here again because of the way the personalised sticker was applied.

If you haven't yet given the candle as a gift please do get in contact with us and we can rectify this for you. We work hard to ensure that all our products leave in tip top condition so I am concerned that the label was bumpy, on checking your order I can see that our Village Candle Expert processed the personalisation for you and it was double checked by a member of our customer service team, so I am worried that we might have a faulty batch of stickers which maybe have bubbled whilst on route to you. Paypal address incomplete, just my name, street no and postcard. Not delivered and requested a further p and p fee so ordered elsewhere. Rang PayPal who said it was the vendors' fault for not checking acceptance if they thought address incorrect, but they then corrected their records. Other online companies delivered to me ok with the incomplete address, I checked, so I won't use this company again for asking me for further p and p fee.

We are sorry but unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any incomplete or incorrect address information on the order details, on this occasion the address was generated from your PayPal account details. Due to the volume of parcels sent out every day, we are unable to individually check each and every address that comes through. Our automated dispatch system does make some standard checks to verify that its a UK address with a valid post code but it can’t check that names and numbers are entered correctly , therefore because the postcode was included, the Royal Mail postage label system did not flag up any issues. We ship the orders in good faith as we believe that the information provided has been verified and is correct .When placing the order, our website prompts customers to check the address whilst entering it at the checkout and again just prior to entering your card details and paying and then again when we email you the confirmation of your order. Our T’s & C’s advise that If you have entered delivery details incorrectly, we will help you arrange re delivery to the correct address at your own expense. If as a result of incorrect delivery details a parcel is returned to us by the Post Office or one of our courier firms, we can arrange re delivery to the correct address for payment of a further standard shipping charge.I am sorry that on this occasion we can’t help share the cost of reshipping the order.Kind regards Rebecca@TemptationGifts

The glaze on the fine china clay was pretty bad and stained easily. Something wrong with the manufacture there. Not a good article to sell to anyone. We have Dunoon alphabet mugs.

Ordered earrings to go with a necklace I had received ad a present, and on the photo, they looked a normal size. Totally disappointing in reality: They're so tiny that it will not show up at all that they go with the necklace. They're therefore surplus to requirements. Pictures should be a realistic representation. Disappointment is not what you should want for your customers. Please don't respond with some explanation such 'size is mentioned'. Maybe it was - but the photo was misleading. No company should risk disappointed customers.

Watery hand wash and not watermelon flavoured. More of a plastic smell. Emptied contents and replaced with shop bought handwash. Very disappointed as liked the look of the container.
