Got one burner, very shabbily made and mirror bit missing. Sent a replacement and a returns label but no difference in the second one other than all the mirror bits were in place. Will not buy again.

Ordered oven gloves, apron and tea towels all with the same design, however only the tea towels were of the design ordered. On calling customer services it was found that the oven gloves were now out of stock and no more were expected. Had to package up and return all three items. To Temptation Gifts' credit a postage paid returns label was e-mailed immediately and refund made quickly.

My rating as poor is because I ordered two bracelets for my mothers 60th birthday. When they arrived one bracelet was a completely different to the one I ordered. When I rang the lady apologised which was appreciated and arranged to send the correct bracelet. The correct bracelet came after my mothers 60th so very disappointed.

Took 4 days to dispatch order, it should be next day if want to compete with other high brand retailers.

We aim to dispatch the majority of parcels within 1 day of receiving an order or 2 days at the most. I can see from your details that your order was dispatched 2 days after being placed, but that you did not receive confirmation of dispatch until the following day. Packaging was awful and not what I expect from an online retailer that sells candles. Problem sorted in the end but could have been prevented in the first place by not just wrapping a single sheet of bubble wrap around a candle and throwing it in a box.

The gifts arrived well wrapped and promptly. The site had some interesting ideas for presents which I liked, and was easy to search. The difficulty came with the ordering: it refused to carry over my correct address from PayPal, and although it said I could edit it, I couldn't. I almost cancelled and gave up. The post office found me but my address excluded my postcode and had NA on every line. One gift is addressed to Dear Easom (my surname). Spoilt the ratings I would have given otherwise.

Rather disappointing as was so much smaller than pictured in fact so small that I was embarrassed to send it as the gift intended. The sweets in the plastic container were all stuck tightly to the wrappings indicating that they had been in the container for some time. I would not buy from this supplier again .

The hip flask was scuffed quite badly on the edges making it look shabby. Its a secret santa present so no time to swap it. It was cheap but still dissapointed. Nevermind

The yankee candles came on time but im yet to discover what the medium set looks like as its a present and wont be opened till christmas day, the frankscense is full of weird oil texture so very disapointed but need it as its also a christmas present in future if I was to ever purchase again id want a proper looking candle especially the price I paid regardless if its full of oils or not so not very satisfied or happy

Having inspected the frankincense candles myself, I can see that they do all have a textured surface to them and this looks to be quite common with many of the Yankee fragrances.
