“Very disappointed. Only part of the order was despatched although when contacted the rest wax forwarded. However this resulted in not being able to give a very dear friend her 70 th birthday present on time . Won't be using Temptations again !!!!!”

Dear Linda, First of all, I would like to sincerely apologise for any problems you have had shopping with us, and especially if this led to a special occasion being missed. However, I haven't been able to find any additional notes against your order or any correspondence in regards to a problem. Having contacted the customer directly, we received the following reply: Please accept my sincere apologies . Your service was excellent and gifts arrived promptly. I had ordered gifts from another company "the gift experience " who let me down badly. I shall certainly use Temptations again .
