My order was packed incorrectly. I did not receive the item I ordered but another. The response was “sometimes that happens” and they r unable to correct and fill the order properly because the international shipping charges are too great. I was instructed to enjoy the wrong item on them and I would be credited for the one I ordered. Very disappointing indeed.

Hello, thank you for your review, i am very sorry that we sent the wrong item to you. Regrettably from time to time , due to human error, we make a mistake and pick the wrong item, for this we apologise, we do not take this lightly and we are always working to improve our processes to try and stop these kinds of errors. Due to the high cost of international shipping, we have a strict policy of giving refunds in cases such as these, rather than resending the stock. We are always keen to make amends to our customers where possible but regrettably resending orders internationally simply is not viable for us. Sad to have to say I’m not happy with provision of my order. Received an order addressed to me but which was actually for someone else. I told Temptation Gifts and they emailed me a return paid ticket and I duly took it to the Post Office. Instead of chasing up my parcel, which presumably went to the person who ordered the stuff I received, they left it. It’s now 10 days later and after chasing today they are now sending it by Premium delivery. Can’t understand why a new parcel wasn’t sent at once when they knew I had the wrong one. Not fair to make me wait whilst they waited for the other person to return it.

Hello Hazel, thank you for your feedback, we are very sorry that that you received the wrong order, this occasionally happens at our post bench when labels are applied to the wrong box, we do not take this lightly and we are always working to improve our processes to try and stop these kind of errors. My 3yr old got over excited watching the display and banged on the window. A member of staff who thought we wouldn’t hear said she really hoped the window would break. I assume that she meant that would teach him a lesson. I’ll shop elsewhere and I suggest you all do too.

NEVER received the order, $ received to them 2 days after order placed, sent 2 emails but they were sent back as undelivered & call placed was told "this call can not be completed as dialed" even though I used the oversea's number posted on website

Did not recieve my order and have lost my money. Whenever I email the customer care team, they assured me it was on the way but I never recieved it. Would not recommend others to shop here

I have order this cup twice. First, I asked to delivery on my work address. but it never arrived. because the shipper did not found the address. I dont know why, So I order one more time, and then I asked to delivery to my home address. I have still not received it. So I hope it will come this time.

No attempt by the company to use alternative packaging. Everything in plastic packaging which was extremely disappointing and unless the ethos and awareness changes I will not order from this company again.

Hello Isabella, Thank you for your email and review regarding our packaging. We try very hard to ensure that all items are sent out with the appropriate amount of packaging to ensure that the item arrives safely, and if the amount of packaging used is excessive, we of course like to know so that we can ensure more training is given where necessary to stop wastage . I can advise that the bubble-wrap and air bags are fully recyclable in your plastic curb side collection, and just last week we have had a meeting with our packaging suppliers to look into fully compostable airbags and bubble wrap , and using paper tape to seal the boxes so that all the cardboard can be recycled without the need to remove the tape from the box first. Please be assured that we take the use of plastic and the environmental implications seriously and welcome all feedback, good or bad, so that we can continually improve all that we do and look forward to updating our customers on our packaging improvements as soon as possible. sent me a mug that wasn't even in my basket. refused to believe my complaint. too late to reorder dad mug for fathers day so he had to have the random water birds mug that was sent. perhaps someone else received the mug I had ordered. not happy with the service.

Hello Vicki, Thank you for your review. I am sorry you have not received your order yet. I have tracked your parcel and can see that it is currently at your local Royal Mail delivery office; there was an attempted delivery on 10/05/2019, however as no one was home they have taken the parcel to the delivery office where it is now awaiting your collection or re-delivery choice. Nothing to do with delivery of price but all of them are in the cupboards and leave no smell, I picked different ones to see which were best but won’t be buying these Yankee products again

Hello Lynda, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that the fragrance spheres you purchased appear to not have a strong scent. Yankee suggest that the spheres will only be activated by the removal of the protective seal under the lid, so it may be worth checking that this has been complete. Yankee produces 100's of different scents, some which are stronger and some which are weaker than others. This is to ensure that there is a scent for everyone. I am therefore sorry that the fragrances you ordered on this occasion were not as strong as you would have hoped. I really do hope that you are still able to enjoy these fragrance spheres. One order sent in 2 packages. Last one stuck in custom in norway. Will not pay to get it. I already payd for it pluss shipment. Could have given information about this so i could kept my money 😡

Hello Karin, thank you for your feedback. As per our email correspondence ,due to size and weight restrictions imposed by Royal Mail for the Airmail service, at the time of dispatch we sometimes have to send Airmail orders in multiple parcels and I can confirm that on this occasion your order was sent in 2 parcels. Unfortunately parcels can get split up during transit once they have left our warehouse. As they were dispatched on 21st March, both parcels are due to be delivered by 10th April. As you have received one parcel, if the other is held at customs and you choose not to collect it, the box will be returned to us, however this can take several weeks. All international parcels are subject to customs checks, and each parcel will have a customs declaration on the box advising of the contents and value, as per our T's and C's , we ask that the customer takes responsibility for payment of all duties, taxes and customs charges pertaining to their order, i'm afraid this is out of our control.
