I ordered 4 Dunoon mugs as Christmas presents In addition since these are gifts I ordered 2 medium and 2 large Dunoon boxes. The boxes add substantially to the gift appearance. I ordered from the US and happily paid international shipping to obtain these finely made products. However when the order arrived it was missing the two large boxes. I contacted customer service and their only response was to refund the cost of the boxes. I asked then to send me the missing boxes and they refused. I then asked to return the 2 larger mugs since I would not give them as gifts without the boxes. They advised I would have to pay the shipping. This was terrible customer service. If I had wanted the mugs without the boxes I would have ordered that way. This is misrepresentation of the product and I am stuck with products I did not want as is.

I purchased a small , light weighted Teddy and I was charged £6.95 for delivery!!! Which is really taking the micky, as it arrived in a grey plastic bag! Delivery was nearly as much as the product. Total rip off. If my granddaughter hadn't really wanted it , I would never had paid that much for postage.

Hi, thank you for your review. i am sorry that you are disappointed with the packaging of your Jellycat bunny. For all our soft items, we use the grey mailing bags, these prove to be durable and are also fully recyclable. Ordered wax melts as part of someone's Christmas present. Outer packaging showed no damage but the item inside had a battered box - either it had been shoved into the packaging or was already damaged when they decided it was acceptable to post that out On emailing the company to say how disappointed I was, they said this box is only for transport and not for wax melts to be presented in Considering I ordered from 'temptation GIFTS' I would expect to receive the items in a condition which is suitable to be gifted I should never have been sent a box which was damaged as I should be able to decide myself whether I give these wax melts in the box or not The Yankee boxes are not transport boxes, but actually to be used as display boxes - hence the perforated edges part of the box I bought this as a box of wax melts therefore I should receive an in tact box. I did not order the wax melts separately. I find their customer service to be extremely shoddy and I wont bother with this company again.

Dear Violet, Thank you for your review. We are sorry that the box containing the melts has arrived crushed. These blue boxes come in to us from Yankee , designed to store 6 wax melts to prevent them moving about in the larger packing box,. We then send the bundles of 6 melts out in these boxes, however they are not intended to be used as gift boxes , as they are only used for display and transportation purposes. I paid for gift wrapping and a tag with greeting for 3 Christmas mugs. On arrival there was no gift wrapping and no tags. I needed to ring customer services who did reimburse the money. However, the service was poor. Whoever packs items needs to read the instructions and obey them. Not impressed.

I haven't yet got my earrings. Those are in Fedex terminal and there is not yet even the delivery day estimation. I proose you add also other transportation options - Fedex is expensive e.g. for earrings and neclace. Additionally it's really slow...

Product is ok, arrive in time but with a very bad surprise: they ask me to pay €10 plus for the customs fee which is not includ in the price, i paid but feel be cheated and the product price become much expensive then it worth

Since Brexit, all orders being shipped to EU countries are now subject to customs tax and charges, the exact amount is determined by customs and excise in the country of destination, and unfortunately these are beyond our control. We are unable to arrange a system of delivery to the EU than means that the customer does not have to pay vat/local sales tax and or duty on the goods. , However, as in our international delivery information, in our experience, the implementation of additional fees and charges on international deliveries is somewhat haphazard and varies from country to country, so we are unable to estimate what, if any, fees may be charged to you. I ordered a set of Bee China mugs for my wife and was pleased with the purchase process, initial delivery, and arrival time. Unfortunately, the mugs arrived absolutely destroyed. I contacted customer service over a week ago, an have yet to receive a response.

Initially, I did not think to write a complaint here, because I was partially refunded for a low-quality product, which I just had just to throw away. But today I received another surprise - a tax invoice (almost half of the cost of my order!), that I was not warned about in advance. I just had no choice as to pay it. Well, the invoice states that the "unique handmade product" turns out to be made in China. In general, the impressions are the most unpleasant. I wonder where the positive reviews come from ...

After tracking your parcel through the Royal Mail Track and Trace website we can see that the shipment has arrived in your country and is in customs clearance. I purchased 6 Wrendale Mugs from Temptation Gifts at the beginning of November, within days half of them had staining that would not wash off. On phoning to complain, I was asked to send is some pictures which I duly did. Tim agreed this was poor and immediately offered to replace them telling me this happens sometimes when the glaze is compromised the technical term is "thermal shock" I cannot quibble with the service so far the items were replaced and quickly. Over the next few weeks these mugs also started to display the same issue and one or two of the original mugs started to show the same staining issue that despite washing thoroughly would not come off. On 13 Dec I phoned again and spoke with Tim, I asked to return all 6 mugs and a pre-paid postage label was again sent for me to return the mugs. This is where things started to turn into a shambles - In addition I place another order for 6 Dundoon mugs. Once done I asked Tim if as a gesture of goodwill they would send it expedited delivery so I could send the other Wrendale mugs back once the new order had arrived, this was agreed. On the 15 Dec I phoned to chase why the mugs had not been dispatched, Charlotte informed she would look into it and came back to me via email that they had to prioritise customers who had paid for a courier service, rather forgetting that the was a complaint I think, despite the fact that my original replacement mugs had been sent this way without charge to me! My Dundoon mugs were eventually sent 4 days after I ordered them so not expedited at all. On December 20th Charlotte emailed me to advise the Wrendale mugs were being sent back to me as they were not in the original packaging, were stained and not in a resalable condition!!!! Despite me completeing the returns label with all the details. ANOTHER phone call, this time passed to a manager Rebecca who explained the same thing that clearly the mugs were used - welcome to the twilight zone! So ANOTHER postage label has been sent for me to return the mugs again!!!!!!! Two things stay clear of shopping here and don't buy Wrendale! Not a great experience at all!!

I ordered 2 terramundi money pots Thats not what I got There there were no terramundi label tags on them and they had the opening on the bottom to get money out which terramundi pots do not.

When you click on our website, our Temptation Pots are shown along with also the Pot Of Dreams pots that we also have in stock, however in the description these are not advertised as made by Terramundi, and as these are not made by Terramindi we do advise that the Temptation pots have a bung at the bottom .
