The website appeared not to accept my order so I placed it again. The order had in fact gone through despite no message on the screen confirming this therefore resulting in me receiving duplicate orders. I was able to return the order however I had to pay the postage. I did not consider the error to be mine and was disappointed in this customer service. This would make me think twice about using Temptation Gifts again!

Getting a refund was hard work , they came across as though they were doing me a favour when the scarf wasn't good quality. Won't buy from them again.

Good Morning, thank you for your review, The scarf's material is quite fibrous by nature and was therefore not considered at fault. It was noted that you had bought a scarf of similar material from another store and had the same dissatisfaction with the material. We offered to pay for the return postage as a goodwill gesture to return the item which was then used and then, on receipt, you were refunded for the scarf. kind regards, Customer Service

Order 20 individual Gisela Graham Christmas baubles. On delivery they 10 of them looked very poor quality, the other 10 were passable, not perfect. Chipped, excess glue, pattern missing. Telephone call, then many emails including 23 photos. After continuing several times to impress how disappointed I was with my order and the customer service, they finally offered me 20% discount if I kept the baubles. Erm, no thank you! I was hoping to be able to use these for years to come, they should at least start off in good condition. Apparently they are "checked twice before sending out......" 😎 So I have to re-wrap each one & wait in for a courier, to return in the massive box they arrived in. What a waste of time & effort! Tip to other:- visit The Range. They actually do have a huge range of gorgeous baubles in many colours. Great quality. I would say better quality than the Branded ones. A fraction of the Gisela Graham.

My order was left outside my door while I was on holiday so anyone could take it. When I informed customer service they said cos it had been delivered there’s nothing they can do. Well the law states unless it’s been handed to you it’s not been delivered so you need look into this as I’m sure I’m not the only person this has happened too.

Unfortunately, once an order has left us, we have to rely on Royal Mail to correctly deliver orders. I would suggest that you raise the matter with your local Royal Mail delivery office. Although you have taken my money I have not received my goods despite being told it had been despatched on the 21st November. I have now sent two emails asking where my order is but received no response. It seems that Bartholomew Bear is lost so I would be grateful if he could be found please.

I have received my order promptly - most of which I am really happy with. I wish to return only a few items and I'm really disappointed to realise that Temptation Gifts charge their customers full postage for any unwanted return items. This is hidden in their website and not well advertised. I won't use this site again to order anything incase any of it needs to be returned. Most retailers offer free returns. I would caution against using this site if there is any risk that you may need to return something.

As a loyal customer that placed at least two large orders per year, I expected my Beanie Boos would be perfect, as usual. In the case of my very last order, I was shocked to find that they sent me Ty Beanie Boos with creased tags. Totally worthless. Because I'm in the USA, I didn't expect to return them. But, the least they could have done was to apologize. Nothing! If anything goes wrong with your order, they will not have your "back."

DO NOT order from France !!! I ordered 11 greeting cards = £ 24.20 + postage £ 7.99 + stupid taxes £15.50 ! total amount = £ 47.69 !!! I adored Temptation Gifts... That was before

We had ordered a jelly cat, when the box arrived, there was paper and a chart. I contacted Customer services and they were useless, no refund, or replacement, so I would take care ordering from this company, as they have scam me out of £25,

Horrible customer service when there is a problem where the consumer should come first. Will not purchase from or refer any of my friends to Temptation Gifts in the future.

Unfortunately my item was gift wrapped for my daughters birthday,which I gave her today. Although she was pleased with the item,the price was left on the box as well as the contents.

Thank you for your review. Having checked with Royal Mail tracking, delivery was attempted on Monday 1st May, however there was no one in to accept delivery. I was gifted the same teapot 10 years ago that celebrated 70 years of the queen’s reign. Sadly the glaze inside crazed badly I contacted Emma Bridgewater but with No satisfaction

Old blonde lady with long hair looked at me and said "Go to the till next to you," I did was served by other employee no problem and she served someone else fine a second later. She literally looked at me didn't like how I looked and decided not to serve me. We pretty much bought identical items. I've put up with stuck up behavior in this shop before but this takes the cake. Disgusting behavior. And bad customer service. I really hope they learn to treat customers like real people. Common decency cost nothing.
