Hello Audrey Thank you for taking the time to leave a review regards your Personalised Pot of Dreams. Our customer service department is open 7 days a week, 8.30am to 5.30pm, on the phone or via email. If you have any concerns please do get in touch. With regards to the non-receipt of your Personalised Pot, as the pots are hand written we do advise on the product description and at check out that there will be a 9 to 12 day delay on shipping this product. You placed your order 27th Dec, and the pot was personalised by our in-house artist on 2nd January, it was then held for 3 days to completely dry before shipping. Your order was shipped on 5th Jan, via your chosen delivery service International Airmail, which is expected to be delivered to Australia in 7 to 14 working days. Your is on its way and we expected to be delivered any day now. If you have not received the pot by 25th January, please let us know so we can resolve this for you. kind regards Kerry, Customer Service Manager

I was pleased to be able to get these Yankee Candle wax melts at a good price as they are difficult to find locally. However they seemed a little battered and do not have much scent left. I think they might be old stock.

Its good quality and the writing is excellent but I made a mistake with the spelling and it was not picked up at that end I tried from my end to update but it would not let me, I wrote Drems instead of dreams. My mistake other wise happy.

Hello Simon, thank you for your feedback, i am sorry that it appears that we have sent the wrong size Dunoon gift box box to you. Please can I ask which size box you have received ? and if I could kindly ask for you to check on the bottom of the box as this will indicate which size box we have sent.Please then email this to me at customerservice@temptationgifts.com so that i can look into this further for you.The Dunoon boxes are a snug fit, and only just close over the top when the mug is inside, may i also respectfully advise that the mug is to stand inside the box on its base, if you put them in on their side, the boxes won’t fit, as the handle sticks out. Wrendale cards as expected except that there are an equal number of the notelets without the design - ie they are blank with a border, which was not explained in the description.

Hello Louise,Thank you for feedback regarding the Wrendale notecards. , I am sorry that you missed the product descriptions for these sets, they are described as including 4 blank greeting card style notecards and 8 traditional notecards all complete with an accompanying blank envelope. We ordered 3 x Dunoon mugs and they arrived safely and quickly. Sadly the day they arrived Temptation Gifts reduced the price in their sale so we had a feeling of being robbed :-( Mug quality excellent, having lost out financially my husband feels like a mug?

My name is Kerry and I am responsible for the Customer Service Team here at Temptation Gifts and Campus Gifts, firstly thank you very much for your recent order of Dunoon mugs with us here at Temptation Gifts and it was lovely to hear that they arrived as expected and quickly. Please accept my sincere apologies that your transaction with us has left you feeling disappointed and as though you have been treated unfairly. I can see that you placed your order with us 6th October and we shipped it the following day 7th Oct, via your selected service which has a 2 to 5 day delivery timescale. As the 7th was a Saturday your order was physically collected by Royal Mail on Monday 9th and it was delivered on 12th Oct. We launched our 20% discount the evening of 12th October, 6 days after your order. As you will be aware websites are open for business 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, which means sadly there is no ‘good’ time to start a promotion as it will be likely that somebody will have ordered just moments before you start the promotion. In common with almost all companies, both retail stores and e-commerce websites we do not generally announce promotions ahead of launching them and very occasionally we start promotions with little or no planning as we will be reacting to a market trend or sudden change in trading conditions. Am a regular customer and normally my glass candle purchases are well wrapped in bubble wrap but on this occasion a wax tart burner was just in the box in a plastic bag and had consequently smashed. Having sent a photo of the savage st your request I was informed it was out of stock anyway. Disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and it has put me off ordering from you again

Good Afternoon Catherine. Many thanks for taking the time to write a review regards your recent experience with us. I am sorry to hear after 4 previous orders with us that we have not lived up to our previous high standards on this most recent despatch. We work hard to ensure that every order is correct and shipped in a timely fashion and in the most suitable packaging for the items ordered. We invest a lot of time and effort training our teams in both the picking and packing of our orders to ensure that we minimise damage in transit, very occasionally we make a mistake as we have done here by not ensuring the burner was packed well enough for its journey to you. On checking the notes, left by Lauren who you spoke on the phone, she was not 100% certain which 1 of the 2 burners you received was broken, so she opted to wait until your photographs were received to ensure the correct information was supplied back to you with regards a replacement or refund. Our team is trained to check the stock levels before confirming a replacement will be made so as to stop further disappointment. The broken burner was in our clearance section when you brought it, so sadly this time we were not able to send a replacement one either. Shipping took a rather long time so I was rather disappointed but items order were very well wrapped and protected as the box they arrived in seemed rather battered.

Having checked your order details, i can see that your order placed on Thursday 3rd, was dispatched on Saturday 5th and Royal Mail advise that your parcel was delivered on 9th. As you chose our standard delivery,parcels are expected to arrive in 2-5 working days, therefore on this occasion your parcel arrived within our stated time-frame. With regards to the packaging, our apologies that the box arrived a little damaged, unfortunately occasionally parcels are roughly handled in transit and can arrive a bit battered, we try to ensure that all our orders are packed carefully and securely to withstand the journey to your door. Hello Patricia, Thank you for your feedback, i am very sorry to hear that your order has not arrived with you. Having checked your order details, i can advise that Royal Mail attempted to deliver your parcel on 29/7 but unfortunately there was no one at home to accept the delivery, your order is now held at Hyde sorting office awaiting collection,parcels are held at the sorting office for up to 18 days before they are returned to sender. You should have received a "something for you" card through the letterbox so that the parcel can be collected, if you haven't received a card we can arrange for the parcel to be re-delivered for you at a more convenient time for you, please just email us at customerservice@temptationgifts.com and we can of course arrange this for you, you can also do this through the Royal Mail website, i have emailed the details directly to you if you would prefer to re-arrange this yourself. The item was well made and had pictures of cows, which are not easy to find. However I was surprised,and disappointed to find the item was huge. Although the measurements were in the small print the picture used to illustrate the mug made it look a normal size. I suppose I might use it as a vase, or give it to a charity shop.

Quality reasonable but pattern on mug not as clear and precise as previous purchases. With postage is more expensive than I wished for but I wanted to replace a mug. Unfortunately old mug no longer in stock.

The gift was fab and arrived on time. Sadly the gift wrap that I had paid extra for was cheap and a bit tacky so I had to replace with my own. Would not recommend the gift wrap option.

Overall the products are great, however I believe the mug is a 'second'. There is a lot of smudged paint which is disappointing as a gift and for the price.

I was delighted when the beautiful cup that I had ordered on-line arrived intact within the time line that I had been given. However, I was disappointed to note 2 small flaws along the outer edge of the base of the cup. One of the things I love about the cups is the way they feel when you run your fingers over them. Now that pleasant sensation is lost due to a rough spot and visible indentation. For that reason, I would not have purchased this particular cup if I had had the opportunity to pick it up in person and inspect it at a store.
