“What a great company to deal with. Ordered taps and shower and was dealt with by a very pleasant member of staff. The items all arrived the following day, well packaged. I had to return one item as I had changed my mind and reordered a new shower. This arrived next day. The returns process and refund was trouble free. I phoned a couple of times with questions about order which were answered very professionally and efficiently. A really good experience, and taps were half the price of the same taps in manufacturers brochure! I will certainly use Taps Empire again, and would recommend.”
