“Initial problem with supply shortage of item. However, tapsempire kept me updated at all times and offered a refund if i wanted to cancel order. I'm pleased Istuck with the order. Goods were of great quality and unbeatable price, including free delivery. Can highly recommend this company.”

“Sorry I am disappointed with the after sales service. The pop up waste plug is not fit for purpose it does not hold water in sink. It was professionally fitted and yet the chap on the phone implied it may have been the wrong size for the sink. The builder I use only employes qualified fitters who assures me this is not the case. He promptly gave me the Grohe helpline. I may return this item”
