“Item arrived terribly packaged for a start. Royal Mail tried to deliver the returned package to Taps Empire on a Saturday and as they are not open, it could not be delivered. The package somehow got lost in the Royal Mail system was never rescheduled for a delivery, thus being past the 14 day return window, taps Empire were absolutely unwilling to help and take the item back. Shocking customer service I will never recommend or use them again.”

These postcodes are mostly confined to the Scottish Highlands, but also include a few other remote parts of the U.K. Furthermore, this surcharge, if applicable, is clearly shown with the updated total payment amount before placing the order. We offer Free Delivery to most United Kingdom mainland postcodes, but are unfortunately unable to absorb the extra charges for remote area deliveries.
