Waiting for a £20 siphon but the delivery people insist on a signature so won't drop off if no one home. No delivery time, just a day, so be prepared to wait in all day. Currently on 3rd delivery attempt...

Thanks for your feedback. Your order was despatched by Parcelforce 24 and the tracking information was provided by email. Although we are unable to confirm why the parcel wasn't left outside the house, it is at the driver's discretion to ensure safe delivery. Nevertheless, a calling card was left with the option to collect the parcel from their local depot/post office or to rearrange a convenient day for delivery. Parcelforce have also advised that they offer live tracking on their website to follow the driver on the day of delivery and also provide an approximate time window for the expected delivery.

It took 4 deliveries for me to get an undamaged cistern - it was just exasperating, like they were going through the rejects hoping I might accept one. On the plus side the price was reasonable and customer service people were good, and no doubt as annoyed with their warehouse as I was.

Sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the agency drivers covering your postcode during the said period were not trained to handle the product appropriately. We have now made changes to our logistics team to improve the product handling and delivery process.

Delivery was terrible, delivered at 7am in the morning, never knocked door, just pushed card through, I guess the delivery driver assumed we would not be up at 7am in the morning. We were up, but who delivers at 7am ? The card they left, we could not understand were parcel was left, just scribble. Text Taps Empire with order number , and they said they had no record of it, eventually after I sent postcode, the day after they told me were parcel was. But then I could not collect until day after.. Delivery is a joke, would never order from these again

I cannot believe that my phone number was on display on the delivery ticket! obviously I expect to see my name and address, but nothing else surely!

Thanks for your feedback. For direct home delivery of certain bulky items, the telephone number is provided on the delivery note to enable drivers to call an hour before delivery - to confirm that the order is on its way. However, if you prefer not to receive a pre-delivery phone call (if applicable for your next order), please let us know we can certainly make an exception.
