“Ordered a shower tray that arrived quickly with a high level of communication - right down to the hour (even closer if you went online where you could see the location of the delivery van). Unfortunately the tray arrived damaged. My heart always sinks when I need to contact a customer services department so, I was impressed, overjoyed, ecstatic when my phonecall was answered quickly and the damaged tray resolved rapidly with a perfect replacement delivered in a matter of days and the damaged tray taken away at the same time. Perfect service, I recommend this company and will use them again, the customer service sets them apart from others. Many Thanks.”

“Ordered a toilet pan and seat from Taps Empire. Delivery was just 2 days later. Item as described. I was surprised that the toilet was not boxed, with just a strip of tape arount the upper edge for protection although the delivery driver informed me that this is the usual way these are supplied. Of particular note: the soil pipe distance from the back needed to be quite specific and they supplied this information, whereas a lot of suppliers don't.”

“Shipped a product that was heavily damaged. Promised to ship replacement in required timeframe for fitter but failed miserably. They blamed the courier for both incidents, the courier blamed them. All in all a very frustrating experience, I gave them the chance to put it right and they let me down a second time so the fitter couldn't complete job adding more expense for me. I wouldn't use Taps Empire again or recommend them on that experience.”

Following the initial transit damage, we attempted to schedule the replacement delivery to align with your return from holiday. Unfortunately, a routing error by our courier caused the delivery to be missed. As requested, your order was cancelled and refunded the same day. We recommend that customers wait until they have received all ordered goods in perfect condition before commencing installation or pre-booking contractors, since courier delays or vehicle breakdowns are beyond our control. We are genuinely sorry that we did not meet your expectations in this instance.

“Taps Empire offered me a good price — not the cheapest online, but competitive enough that I chose to buy my tap from them. After scanning through their website, I felt they were a company I could trust, and I wasn’t disappointed. The tap arrived the very next day, perfectly packed. After delivery, they wrote to to ensure that I was happy with the product, and suggested to inspect before installation. A truly fantastic company.”
