“When I initially contacted Taps empire, they were really helpful and gave me good advice, which I followed. As a result, I ordered what I needed and two days later the products arrived. I also received a very informative email from them after placing my order, to ensure that I did not unwrap the products until we were sure that they were the correct items! (They were toilet seats after all!) I'm delighted with the service that was provided.”
